Taco Bell — Restaurant in Walker

I don't usually eat fast food but didn't feel like cooking anything bc I was so hungry after getting off work at 10pm. I've worked in fast food before, I know it can be stressful...I know sometimes customers suck...but as soon as I got to the box to order my food i said "I need a second" & I could literally hear someone say "oh my god" in a rude tone. I got to the window and I was very rushed and they just slammed the window shut before I could even ask for anything else (like sauce etc). I get home and my quesadilla is completely BLACK on both sides, I have pics. I also didn't get a receipt otherwise I would've called the number or we and complained. I'd understand if they were busy or it was close to closing but there were no cars in line other than me, so there was absolutely no reason to be...

Every time I come here I hear vulgar language. When we were paying for our food last night we heard " I will cut you " and the Associates haven't been kind, and don't even pay attention to customers orders, just goofing around in the back. Last night we went and got two of the 5 dollar deluxe boxes and cinnamon twists with drinks. They didn't have boxes for one to put the tacos in and just chunked them all in one bag. When we get half way home when didn't even have one of the tacos that was suppose to come in the box and missing the two bags of Taco chips that came with it. Just the nachos sauce. Decided since we were almost home to call the number on the receipt but of course they won't answer after almost 7 tries. Terrible service here, definitely not the employees that I would want...

Went through here 7:45 after a 10 hour shift ordered 3 tacos supreme and a hard taco and a mt dew blast, pretty easy right? Drove back to Baton Rouge opened my bag and I had a nachos bell grande, and a potato taco. Tell me how that remotely resembles what I ordered and to top it off I call the store and the employees are mocking my frustration in the background! I could literally hear them clear as day in the background!!!

Normally I would just write it off and not say anything but this order is not something in a million years I would normally order. All of it went in the trash! To top it off I was told we can’t refund your money unless you come to the store mind you it’s 10 pm keep your money and hire better talent. We all know putting tacos in a bag is such a hard...
