Vinnie's Pizza and Subs — Restaurant in Wall Township

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheesesteaks. After I already paid I realized that the cheesesteaks were supposed to be $15 each but I got charged $17.50 each. They wouldn't give me a reciept or refund me my extra $5 that I was overcharged. I showed them the paper menu with the price and they immediately started removing the paper menus from the front counter so I wouldn't have any proof of myself getting overcharged. They basically told me that $17.50 was the price and acted like I should be grateful to them. The lady that appears to be the owner actually said to me, " would you like me to charge you more?" Wow Vinnies Pizza, what a great way to treat a first time customer. That will also be my last time in your filthy pizza place. So filthy that every seat cushion in there was stained...

Terrible customer service, I ordered ahead of time by phone and I had a funny feeling that the person who took my order did not know what they were doing and sure enough when I got there my order was not in the system nor was the persons order in front of me!! The owner was rude and did not offer an apology rather she was very defensive, whining that her delivery driver took the order and it was his first day. I was a repeat customer and I am usually very tolerant because these things happen, however because of the way she handled this, I immediately left the store instead of waiting for them to process my order! I will never return!!!

I think they should make sure whoever answers the phone has the proper training before inconveniencing their...

Ordered a plain pie, eggplant parm sub, pasta, and garlic knots for my family.

Eggplant parm sub was rubbery. Wife agreed. I had to literally toss it out.

Plain pie was a 4.5 out of 10.0 at best. Boring, not flavorful.

Pasta with sauce was just as bad as the eggplant parm sub.

Garlic knots tasted stale.

Best part was the salad that was came with the pasta.

Basically, $50 down the drain.

I always wanted to try this place, and it has been around for a long time. Not sure how it survived.

This place shall be on my banned list.

Food quality every time matters, and it was not just one item. All except the salad was gross.
