Maclearie Park — Attraction in Belmar

If parking was a little bit better this would be a solid 5 star place for you guys to guys to go with your kids. Yes it's near a busy route 35 but there's eateries just about in a one city block radius of you including a Dairy Queen eatery ice cream. There is a mobile truck bathroom which I'm rich during season basically Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend has a attendant standing there For whatever is necessary so they were very clean which is a plus in a park because a lot of parks don't even have bathrooms they just have portopots. . There are airplane airplane slides and rides here along with tennis courts small beach area no fishing permitted in that area and then there's plenty of stretch of shoreline that you can be standing in the sand and at the edge of shark river Bay ever Bay for fluke fishing right now snap or fishing coming up and occasionally some cocktail...

Nice walking trail made of pea gravel , walk along the water and enjoy the sounds of the water splashing against the dock/ stairs that lead into the river. Very nice area to picnic in with a few charcoal grills and picnic tables . There is a playground and tennis courts. You can walk down to Marina Grill restaurant from the park and pass by all the yachts . It’s a nice walk to Marina Grill and get the skinny margarita and lunch! A great place to bring your Federici's take out and watch the sunset on the Shark River.. Love the 2 dozen or so picnic tables with 1 dozen old style standalone charcoal grills. Dirt floor Pavilion incase of rain. Excellent place to bring my 90 yr old dad to people watch 3 new pickle ball and 3 tennis courts. Large transportation themed playground (train/plane/bus/airport) Clean handicap trailer style restrooms. Lot's of families picnic here. Kayak and paddle board rentals within walking distance.
