If you pay attention to who writes these posts, you should know by now I try to be fair. I don't take things out on base employees if I don't have too and I look for deeper problems too the symptoms we as the consumer see. Not this time. The building was filthy. My kid and I waited for over half an hour for our order only to find out it had been read for roughly 20 minutes but they never called our name. They had stuck the bag in a corner and let it sit....at room temperature. Needless to say I was a bit irritated but I had my food so I was going to let it go. Got in my car, checked my order (trust but verify) and found out from my kid the onion rings were missing. Went back inside asked for the manager, y'all it was the same kid who had stuck my bag in the corner and couldn't pronouns my name, its a common name with a common spelling. She blamed the computer screens, she offered to remake our food or refund our money. By this time, Hangry doesn't begin to cover it. I've also recently torn ligaments in my knee. We had to stand the whole time. I'm in pain, I'm hungry and I've heard nothing but weak excuses from a manager who clearly didn't even know how to do the job. Read moreMade a purchase to make use of a third party offer for a free impossible whopper with $3 purchase, at the time of placing the order the order showed correctly with no indication of a problem. Went to pick it up and found that the free item was removed from the order without any sort of notice. The store refused to do anything about it because it was a moblie order and as of yet corprate has essentially said that I'd have to make a second order and again make a $3 purchase to get the offer, without providing any indication that it would be any different this time. And this is not the first time this has been an issue. multiple times my family and I have made moblie orders and had items missing, been given the wrong items and had both refused to do a dam thing about it.
If you plan on making use of any sort of special offer with them don't expect them to do a dam thing if there are any technical issues...
Read moreI went there for lunch and they gave me a quarter of my order I drove off realized I the missed all of my hamburgers and 2 orders of my fries. So I turn around there having road construction so it makes this a hassle to drive around the blocks. I get back there and go in and they give a bag. I did not look in the bag and I should have. I get all the way to titan to my dr appointment realize they forgot my whoppers. Then I go all the way back making myself late to the dr but being pregnate in hungery I was angry. I did not say anything other than you forgot my whoppers now and they looked at me like I had lie.
