Del Taco — Restaurant in Walla Walla

Terrible experience last night as we arrived after working in the mountains all day and were tired and hungry and didn't want to have to cook when we got home.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and the guy asked if we wanted our order to go or eat there. I said we wanted to eat there. The man taking our order had no idea how to input it into the computer.

A family of three came in and waited for what seemed to be forever for us to pay as the man at the cash register was obviously not skilled in even being able to use it.

We finally were able to sit down after paying almost $40 and when we looked over the receipt he had missed several items that we had ordered.

The other family ordered and as soon as they sat down they got their order. I went up to the counter and asked where our food was and the cook said he hadn't started it yet. Come to find out fifteen minutes later they had given our order to the other family. We waited an additional fifteen minutes and bags of food were brought to us and they said we had to leave because it was after the time they should be open.

We told them before we leave we are checking our food and again some of the order was still not correct. We didn't receive the quesadilla we had ordered and received three tacos we had not ordered. With at least six men working in there none had a clue of what they were supposed to do.

We can guarantee we won't be coming back to this restaurant and the Del Taco in College Place definitely has friendly employees and stoves and does get our orders...

Ordering experience terrible. Waited a long time at the window I was told it was because of the fish for the fish taco. OK. I get that. But only one drink of two drinks was given. Food finally came to the window and I asked that person about my other drink, a strawberry Sprite popper. He'd never heard of it and set my food down inside to go ask someone. The girl who'd given me my first drink came and made my drink. Got home and my order was a mess. Asked for sauce for the fish taco on the side and it wasn't, even though they repeated back to me when I ordered. Crispy chicken taco was missing, fries were undercooked, and hamburger had onion even though I asked for it without onion. The girl who gave me my drinks, who I think was the person who took my order over the intercom, was nice, the only positive about my experience. Will go to College Place Del Taco...

Terrible Service, terrible food, and just terrible overall.When we got there it was around 8:30 and when we ordered the guy taking our order was very slow and didn't get everything we ordered on our order.

They gave our food to a family of 3 that ordered after us and we waited over a half an hour before we got food, which was the other family's food. After they gave us our food, they said "We put your food into to-go bags, because it is after our closing time and we didn't lock the doors so we need you out."

We checked our food to make sure we had everything, and we didn't have our quesadilla and when we opened the burrito package we saw a hole in the burrito and in the wrapping, which was concerning.

I do not recommend going to this Del Taco. I would rather go across town to the Del Taco in...
