I absolutely LOVE the scones but I have not been there for a while did not realize they no longer had a good deal for a dozen scones just paid $33 for a 12. Was asked to next time call ahead of time because they only made 8 of the chocolate scones and I was taking 6 (I had just decided as I drove by to stop and treat my co workers). She was nice about it but definitely made me feel guilty, then one of the bakers came out and suggested I take other flavors (after she suggested he make more of the chocolate) and I said sure why not. So I made a switch in my order. Then I go to check out and wasn’t expecting the price change if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked them to give me the chocolate ones back. I took what they gave me and walked away very disappointed. Baked goods 5 stars no doubt but experience and unexpected prices I had to take a few stars off. I will definitely think...

Back around 2008 ish my dad my family we fixed their vehicles obviously we haven't lived in Walla Walla in a while but my sister tried to come by there because of what we did for John himself we were supposed to get free pastries and drinks for life every time that we came there obviously once per day but they never honored that which I think is really screwed up.

So years later I'm back here in town I'm a truck driver I pick up loads here now sometimes obviously I'm pretty sure they're not going to honor that because they're a bunch of liars and I don't know if John is still around but it's a shame that my family fixed their vans and they'll honor they just say we don't know nothing about it you can't prove it it's really screwed up!!!

One of these times I'm going to come by and see if possibly they can honor that but I'm still going to come by none the less obviously if they did honor it I'd only have a couple things of course I'm not going to just take a bunch of things people got to make a buck and run a business I get that!

I hope John is doing well this is definitely the best bakery and I've been across the whole country hands down they're still not a bakery that makes better Goods than John...

This bakery is usually very good, but my recent experience has me changing bakeries. I requested 3 dozen cookies for a dinner at our home for business colleagues. I was informed the only fresh cookies were M&M and chocolate chip. I originally wanted a variety, but was told the other cookies were 3 days old, therefore would not be fresh. My husband arrived home with the cookie order and I was shocked. There were random old cookies placed in the box, along with sugar cookies that looked like they were a poor attempt for a child's party; unicorns, rainbows and rainbow hearts. (I wish I could post a picture.) I felt undervalued as a customer, because it was clear that they emptied all of the old cookies out of the cases, gave them to me, along with only a few of the fresh cookies that I wanted. When contacting the bakery, they acted surprised that I wasn't pleased and requested I bring them back in for a refund. We live outside Waitsburg and did not have the time to drive back in AGAIN after we had already went to Albertsons and bought more cookies. Something to note...they do not bake on Sundays and Mondays, therefore everything you get is old and not fresh. This is not the bakery that...
