I love Subway's food, but this visit could have been better. There were two young adults working, a woman on the counter and a man in drive through. Business was steady, but didn't appear rushed, so we were expecting the usual good service wee usually receive at Subways. Unfortunately for us, the young woman never smiled, and largely did nothing to make us feel like welcome guests or even valued customers at the very least. The young man was a little better, but he had the unfortunate encounter with another customer who was very rude, so he kinda shut down for a while also. And Dear Subway Workers everywhere: Please stop putting on gloves if your just going to touch you're glasses, your hair, the till, the cupboards, faucet handles, etc, and then go right back to touching our food without washing your hands or changing gloves. Read moreRegular customer, always good until last night. I ordered online as I usually do, ordered for husband & son for dinner. Picked it up…. Ready as it always is when I get there. Super friendly as always… handed me the bag & home I went (30 miles out of town) got home & my husbands sandwich was perfect… as always. My sons on the other hand…. It was a 6”…. I ordered and paid for a footling, it looked like someone dropped it an just stuffed it back in the bread and wrapped it up. So he didn’t want to eat it…. Looked pretty sketchy. I tried to call our Subway. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE & no voicemail set up. I tried calling today … same thing. Very disappointed, not sure when we will be back. I don’t think it’s an intrusion to set up a voicemail on a company phone that no one plans on...

I was turned down by the manager of the store and was told: “Just because it is shown on internet, it doesn’t mean we have to honor the ad in ‘this’ store.”
Consequently, it became a great pizza night at my house.
I realize the local store is not a ‘company store’ and is owned privately. However, on the ad there is nothing about the offer depended upon each store or anything. There was nothing on the ad requiring to use an APP. So, in the future . . . company stores only or other restaurants/fast food...
