Panda Garden — Restaurant in Wallingford

Had the worst possible experience at this place . I work down the street and I used to get take out from them . last week I stopped in with my girlfriend on a Friday to have lunch . Right off the bat, the lady serving us had a cold and was constantly sniffling and clearly sick . She refused to serve us on the regular menu and forced us to order from the lunch menu where everything was a combination meal . she served us both 5 combination meals and charged us 38.00 for the meal . I was very upset with her when she brought the food out and by her cheap smirk and poor attitude I could tell she enjoyed messing up our order . To make matters worse, as we were leaving we saw the Terminex guy spraying his chemicals around the restaurant . My girlfriend and I have big sick for a week . This place is disgusting , there owner clearly doesn't care of the well being of their customers . I spent 38.00 to get sick and have a horrible experience. What ever you do , don't eat at this place, its an infested disgusting establishment . Shame...

Waitress was not good at all. For one she did not even offer us drinks. Two the majority of my family ordered Genral Tsos chicken. When it came out is was nothing but deep fried bread. When I complained about it I was met with defensiveness and an argumentative staff. They asked me if I wanted something else I said no as I wanted CHICKEN and not bread with sauce. They said thats how they made it. Moments later they brought me unburnt real General tsos chicken. My family still had they fake tsos chicken to eat but did not complain. Other than the fake chicken, no drinks, and rude staff, I was reminded why I stopped eating they years ago. Panda Garden, stop trying to fool and rip your customers off with fake chicken dishes; chicken is not that expensive and with your higher prices this...

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ORDERED HERE 1 TIME AND I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!

1st off, the food SUCKED! It was bland, horrible quality and cold by the time it got to me, mind you I'm less than 2 miles down the road. AND they DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD! When I called back about this whoever answered the phone was rude and refused to give me my koney back saying I ordered 2 of the same order....umm...no....

THEN the phone was handed to someone else who proceeded to ARGUE with me...still refused to give me my money back and told me I ordered 2 of the same thing again and claims I did because "he delivered it"...bs...its been almost a MONTH and still no refund!
