Passionately Pasta — Restaurant in Wallingford

I reserved a class with my fiancé originally thinking it would be a somewhat small class of around 6-8 people. To our surprise when you walk in, we were immediately met with the warm and happy welcome from Nick himself. We then realized it was a personal 1 on 1 class. The amount of thought and knowledge Nick puts into his work is incredible. He made us feel right at home and got started with a little background lesson behind everything pasta. He explained how his commitment to this craft is embraced by milling his own flour and everything he’s learned he’s taught himself! We left with so much pasta we are still trying to figure out meals for the week with them. Highly recommend Nicks class to anyone looking for a pasta making class. Can’t wait to see how much his business grows...

Not only is this the best pasta I have ever had, but Nick is a wonderful person...he cares about his product, and his customers! I am consistently impressed with the time that Nick takes to not only get to know, but also to remember, his customers.

7/19/2023: To add to my review from last year...This past weekend, my mom and I celebrated her birthday by spending an evening taking Nick's pasta class. It was an evening very well spent! Nick made us feel right at home in his kitchen. He took the time to show us the pasta making process, from the grinding of the grains, all the way to the final product. We made five different shapes of pasta. And, to top that all off, he made us the most delicious meal, and we got to take the pasta that...

Pasta making class is a must! My wife and I spent an evening with Nick learning how to make pasta, followed by a 4 course meal. This was an awesome and very educational experience. Nick spent plenty of time explaining the process, letting us get our hands dirty making our own pasta, then cooked us one of the best meals I’ve ever had. His hospitality, joyful demeanor, and skill was exceptional. It’s extremely obvious Nick really has a passion for his craft and for teaching his craft to others.

Highly recommend! We will definitely be back for more pasta...
