Today I woke up and found that my phone was not working. The screen went black while charging overnight and did not come back on. I could hear my phone working but it would not light up. This was not good news as I run my entire business from my phone and did not back up any of my contacts (ive learned my lesson). I quickly drove to the phone shaman in the morning as a last minute effort before I had to start my workday. I walked in and this friendly gentleman quickly and attentively heard my story and worked with me every step of the way! I drive by this place every day on my way to work. Figured I'd give them a shot when my phone stopped charging before going to Verizon to drop $800+ on a new smart phone.

Awesome customer service and price. Brought my phone in with a faulty USB C charging port on a Wednesday, he took a quick look at the phone to get the part numbers, ordered the part, I dropped it off at lunch time the next day, and it was done and fixed by 5 pm that same day, all for $60. I'm normally a DIY kinda guy, but opening up the guts of a smart phone isn't something I wanted to mess with. More than happy to pay a few bucks to repair an otherwise good phone rather than shell out $800 or more for a new one.

My daughter had an issue with her phone and we thought it was due to her needing a new battery. We dropped it off to have it replaced and the owner thought it may be due to another issue.
