Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Walnut Ridge

Ordered for the first time with takeout. The restaurant inside seems fine and clean. The bar area was cool looking and only a few people were inside. Went to the back to pickup the order and went to pay. I noticed there were several random charges on the kiosk for the sizes of the pizzas I ordered which was strange but they didn’t give me a receipt. I was also overcharged on my order as it seemed a few things I ordered were upgraded to larger orders/sizes which is not what I ordered. The pizza itself was not great. The Mac & Cheese pizza was not at all what I’ve had at other places—definitely just Kraft on some pizza and was beyond dry and had no flavor beyond the dry texture feel you’d expect if you left some noodles in a pot for a few hours. There was all of maybe four small squares of bacon on it as well. I’d imagine they attempted to crumble one strip. The other meat lovers pizza was fine but I swear it was not a meat lovers. It has pepperoni and a teensy bit of sausage on it and that was it. The other meats were non existent in taste if they were somehow on there really small. The crust was good though. It’s thin and crispy and that’s the best part. The dessert pizza was super burnt and dry as well. The wings were also very burnt and had barely any sauce on them. The ranch was good. All in all, it was a total bust. There was only one table in there and I gave them 30ish minutes to finish the order—there’s no reason it should’ve been prepared so poorly. I don’t think I’ll be going back. All of it cost me almost $70 in total which is absurd for incredibly low...

Pizza was great, servers not so much. The servers were seemingly new at first with all the mistakes they made, brought one pizza for two out with plates for our group of 4 & baby. Then my pizza for my wife & I with no plates or napkins, or hen didn’t see her again for a good 7 minutes, had to go behind the counter to a stack of plates and get two got them back to the table and they were crusty. Then she shows up and we ask for plates and napkins, she says nothing just stares a few seconds and walks away comes back with a stack of napkins and two plates, the pizza was half gone but hey thanks. My advise to her was acknowledge your guests, reply something like ok I’ll be right back. After talking to the other couple they said she took their order and walked away talking to coworkers but not even so much as hello welcome just I’m standing here you know what to do. Again pizza was good, I may get take out again this weekend but I don’t care for the servers, managers work...

this is the first review i’ve left anywhere and it’s the 3rd time you guys screwed up a pepperoni pizza, first time pizza is full of under cooked dough, and the waitress tells me she is gonna get in trouble if i don’t pay still , so i did, gave another chance later that month , sat down to eat and the waitress acted like we weren’t even there playing on her phone, food still under cooked, tonight was take out, asked for regular crust and alfredo sauce , got no sauce and thin crust but not until waiting 50min when the app tracker said it was done, they didn’t even start it yet. i can under stand if they were busy but the two tables they had people were already eating and not a single take out order in that 50min? what were yall doing? and when you walk to the counter waiting to talk to someone there all just talking to each other like your not there, does anyone in there working for you care about...
