It was a great experience, and the food was good. However, as someone who works in the food industry, it's frustrating to see a coworker slacking off. While everyone else was working hard, I noticed one of their colleagues, Georgie?? I believe her name was she was spending a lot of time on her phone. And honestly, this isn't the first time I've walked in and seen her on her phone This not only affects the team's productivity but also reflects poorly on the store. I understand that we sometimes need to use phones at work, but when it gets busy, we should put them down. Actually, we should put them down as soon as a customer walks in. There should be a limit to how much we use our phones at work. But the free drink is only the small size and no toppings. I've cashed out many of them over the years, as I started going here when it first opened. The drinks are very tasty, the toppings are usually fresh, theres so many flavors/options, and the staff is really nice. Unfortunately times have changed and the prices are much higher now. I find it really difficult to keep coming back when a large matcha milk tea with golden boba is nearly 7 dollars. I like this place, but unfortunately I won't be coming...
