7-Eleven — Local services in West Covina

Who ever claims this location has friendly staff is definitely reviewing the wrong location. I come in to this location to get a beverage, upon putting ice in my cup and then soda, I notice gnats floating around so i pour the contents out set the cup down and then walk to the coffee station to get a small coffee cup to fill with hot water and then walk back to the soda station to submerge the soda nozzle into the hot water to possibly clean any other gnats in it, when out of no where out come the female cashier yelling at me to not come back to the store because I am wasting cups. And of course I responded to her that I was only cleaning the nozzle how else was I going to do this? She then goes back to the register as I continue filling my new cup. I then go to the register and she then once again starts yelling at me not to come back to the store, when I then ask if she were the owner or manager, and then I tell her why is she mad at me and banning me from the store for doing her job, she then states to me that I should have told her instead of. Wasting the hot. Drink cup which I responded why do I have to tell her how or when to do her job I don’t work there, but because she doesn’t know how to do her job I did it for her and for myself obviously cause I don’t want to be drinking gnats. Regardless, until the manger or owner. Tell me not to come back I will still be coming back. This employee needs proper training not only in customer service but in cleaning and maintenance...

Can’t expect much from a 7/11 but there’s a Hispanic lady with bleached hair who seems to have a bit of an attitude.

Today, we went to buy some drinks and turn in a lottery ticket that said $7 on the screen and she gave us only $4. When we asked for a receipt she panicked and then said she can’t do a receipt. After talking to herself she gave us a receipt that said $7 and didn’t look at us afterwards.

$3 is $3 but I think it was the last thing of a long list of headaches that caused...

Have gone in a few times thinking it was a real 7-eleven. No prices anywhere, and there is always a price difference for the exact same thing from day to day. (increased of course) I think the guy just makes up something close to what he think that price is, but not ridiculously overpriced.
