We were told that the manager's name is Evelyn Avilef and she is the only one that can help us and she won't be until 6 days from now So who is responsible for making sure food handling practices are adhered to? We also tried to contact corporate and guest relations- both phone numbers from the website did not- when you call it rings once and goes silent- no directions or explanations. There was a bit of a line but felt like things went pretty fast. They got our order right. I ordered the 3 PC Jumbo Egg rolls and first time having them since it went Jumbo. It is about 50% bigger than the old version and tastes just as good if not better because the bigger size makes the outside crispy with inside fluffy. And was just enough to fill me up. I could've eaten more but didn't feel like it wasn't enough. I would recommend them if you haven't tried and I would definitely order them again. But every now and then, like with a recent experience of mine, they get something with the order wrong, and you have to send it back. Today, I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger, plain and cut in half. What they did, however, was put everything on it and not cut it in half. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot, so it wasn't too much of a problem, but imagine if I drove home and discovered the order was wrong there instead. That would have been a disaster.
