As a Cyclist I've been Strength training in the Rowland Heights area because of the grades of its steep streets of 8% up to 12%.. Along the way I've come across several nice park's as rest stops including this park. In a nice clean residential neighborhood this park is not big in size but has plenty of resources for activities for everyone and a + for the residents that live here..very quiet and peaceful park for its citizens & its kids. 2 large baseball fields with lights, bleachers and dugouts. plenty of outfields with green grass well maintained & manicured. Also a large playground for the little ones. 2 basketball (full) courts with nets on it rims.. also two tennis courts with lights all fencing .. plenty of shade trees in an area were there are picnic tables.. a walking path that branches out into a residential neighborhood behind the park.. Clean men's & women's restrooms with essentials.. drinking fountains with running water..simply a very nice park to enjoy with family and friends. A very respectful community & it citizens that reside here in Rowland Heights.. If i could give it 10...
Read moreMy family has enjoyed this park for years. There is a nice playground with playgrounds for both little kids (including small sand play area) and bigger kids. Also full basketball court and tennis courts and picnic tables, 2 areas covered that are good for parties. Lots of trees/shade. Bathrooms are better than some other local parks with fully functioning sinks and even stocked hand soap. There are two playgorunds, one for toddlers and littles, and the a bigger one for older kids. You can also find a gazebo/covered table to sit at or use on most days. Bigger ones are camped out at for family parties later in the day. The only issue I have is with the tennis nazis that "own" the courts and can be very aggressive with anyone who is not...
