Absolutely amazing in every way!!! Service- the service is immaculate 1000/10 absolutely congratulate them on how kind, understanding, and dedicated they are. A family member has a lot of sensory challenges with food and ordered the ramen which is traditionally served with multiple toppings all in one bowl, our server separated it for us when she realized on the spot! She brought a new bowl and made sure the noodles and the broth were separated from the toppings. Food- currently eating yesterdays leftovers which feel like I ordered today. The food is fresh and clean which is key! Everything is made handmade by them so it tastes unique, unlike mass produce store bought products (Ex. Crab Rangoon). In addition they have an amazing variety of dishes, drinks, sushi/maki/rolls and etc. Atmosphere/Location- not gonna lie the first time I went..the mall it is located in made me double think it BUT once you go inside it’s beautiful. They offer a bar area with bar seating and high tables, as well as a seating down/dining area with booths and tables. The entire restaurant is well kept and CLEAN throughout especially the bathroom! Me and a group of friends went together and we all asked to split the recipt. Once we did, our server came back to each of us with recipts. One of my friends had the exact amount to pay and couldn’t pitch in on a tip, however everyone else (group of 6) tipped about 3$ which gives him 18$. I know it’s not a lot but it’s something. However he goes up to the one person who hadn’t tipped and goes “you didn’t tip me, u need to tip” infront of everyone and embarrasses her. Luckily our friends didn’t feel upset towards her and knew it wasn’t her fault. Later, he comes back with another girls recipt (she already tipped) and demands for her to tip again on card. One of them did and when he did it again to another girl she didn’t. I just think that it was a horrible experience which left my friend humiliated and embarassed. Since i’ve read the reviews i’ve seen it had happened to other people too. You guys NEED to fix this because it’s honestly horrible. I hope every server who says...
