Former worker here. If you wanna know why your orders don’t come out right or fast enough. Yes it is in fact we are low on workers but here’s some real information about it. They sit around and talk, on their phones if your black it’s okay but if your a white person that does it’s a big no no. Workers are done with McDonalds bc how we are getting treated. No body will be up there for 30mins at night shift bc their to busy messing around. Apologize for the night workers who were good to me and actually worked. It be 3/4 ppl working a night and 5 servers. And 99% out of the 4 kitchen staffs only one person is working in the back and none server. My husband was waiting in line for his order even after I said something they previously told ignore him for 30mins. Don’t bother getting water or using the bathroom after working none stop bc you will get scream at for not being there. Or if your load with orders with 2 out of 3 servers get yelled at for not dropping food. If your white don’t work here bc racism still exists and will brutally abuse you. I got videos I will be posting here but I am sending videos and calling corporate tomorrow morning. Thank you angry customer for reading and so sorry. Read moreI ordered a happy meal and a chocolate milk shake on my mobile order app well the line was wrapped around the building and was only taking one order at a time so I went to go pull in a mobile pick up spot but cars was parked there finally got a parking spot to run inside there was a lobby full of people nobody at the front counter to help anyone people kept asking for the manager she kept telling everyone just a minute and never came up to the front to talk to anybody employees was talking crap saying they Don’t care and shoving their shoulders Finally, I said, excuse me, ma’am, can I to speak with you ? talking to the manager she replies with her back, turned towards me in just a minute. I advised the manager that everybody has been waiting for about an hour for you to come talk with us she didn’t stop to take a second to help anyone everyone on night shift was just worried about drive through it don’t take a whole crew to work a drive through all I can say is they need to do better with the night crew cause the night crew on this shift is very disrespectful and has very poor customer service. Read moreI made an order online and went to pick it up when I arrived there was no one up front all the employees were in the back so I waited for a while and no one came to the front after about 10 minutes or so so I stepped in between the counters to where the back is and asked a girl if she could check on my order before I got three words out of my mouth she says sir please step back and I was trying to say I just like to check on my order please sir step back you can't be back here and I was probably only like two maybe three steps into the rear area not obtrusive in any way. So I backed up and I said would you check on my order please she said okay so again I waited another 10 or 15 minutes while they all hit in the back finally a woman come to the front I asked her if she could check on my order after about another 10 or 15 minutes I finally got my order and left not happy.
