I’ve made this post three separate times now and I’m extremely disappointed to find that each time I come back my review has simply disappeared, so let me reiterate for the last time, I went to this restaurant to get dinner, and there was a ROACH in my dumplings, not a wing not a leg, a WHOLE ROACH. when I went back into the building to get a refund because I don’t know if this is just me personally but if I find a ROACH IN MY FOOD, I’m not gonna eat the rest of it, so when I went back in the building to get a refund, she said she could only refund me for the “affected items” which was a total of 7.50, even though my entire total I had spent there not even 20 minutes earlier was 37.45, What seems to disturb me the most though, is that each time I come back, my review has simply disappeared, and I think it like this, if you have ROACHES in your place of work, that is a restaurant, that could possibly contaminate the food that your customers must consume, they have the right to know that you...
Read moreWe called our order in and the young lady said twenty minutes. So I went to IGA first then on to Piggly Wiggly and to a China Wok. There was three customers waiting for orders and one in line paying for his call in ahead of me. I paid for my order after the gentleman finished paying for his and the young lady that took my order on the phone let me pay and said my order was not ready yet. So I sat down and waited with the other customers in the store that were waiting. When my order was ready picked up the order left came straight home which is only 1.2 miles from the restaurant. My husband and I food was cold and my daughter's wasn't. The General Tso's chicken was probably made from the day before. My daughter said her wonton soup tastes like wet socks. All of us ended up with diarrhea. We have eaten there before and had no problems but this was a bad experience. I wanted to add that the young lady was...
Read moreThe food is decent but the owner doesn't have a clue what Chinese food is. She had no idea that Chow Mein is served with noodles when in fact, it is stir fry noodles by definition. Never got a refund. I have had a couple issues like this from this place, not to mention they don't have the foggiest clue how to prepare Chinese Cuisine. The staff hasn't been educated either (Not their fault but definitely the owners). The food, for the price, isn't good enough food for me to go back. Panda Express is even better than this place. I gave two stars because the food is edible. Took 3 away because it isn't a true "Chinese" food restaurant, as well as the lack of a good...
