Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waltham

the store was really clean and the atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. However, the 2 workers had a lot of trouble figuring out what I was ordering. I ordered a medium iced decaf macchiato with vanilla and it took them a while to ring it up. When he finished making it it looked fine and then he took it away and made another. It came out light as milk and since it’s a macchiato it’s a stronger coffee. I don’t know how this could be messed up..? I used a reward and the total ended up being $1.59 I gave the guy 2 dollars and he put it right in the tip bowl which was kind of strange then they asked why I hadn’t payed yet even though i gave them the 2 dollars. I understood if it was busy but I was the only one in line I think there just needs to be better...

I placed a mobile order at this location and it was handled very poorly. They made the coffee first and then took their time with the rest of the order, without even calling my name when it was ready. By the time everything was finally done, the coffee was already cold. Both the avocado toast and bagel were charred and burnt, which made them almost inedible. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the staff showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. Everyone behind the counter looked frustrated and miserable to be there, and it really showed in the service. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’...

One of the worst ! Why do I torture myself going here ! They cater to online ordering #1. So in store is second best. They call out your order to a room full of people that have already paid and ordered . “Large iced coffee caramel “.and. 4 people run up to grab it .... listen. It’s not rocket science. The franchise invented the order number system and receipt for a reason. ! Call out the order number ! Regardless this place is a mad house !!! Beware before you decide to stop here. Plan on your whole morning breakfast time to be wasted waiting on...
