There is a female employees who is on her phone every time I come in, she always has a bad attitude and rude faces to customers for asking for the simplest things. She’s Latina with Long fake nails and always ignoring customers. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. It wasn’t busy at all and she saw me standing there and didn’t say and word or come to take my order all she was doing was leaning on the counter and texting. Whoever is in charge should fire her for how she treats customers and for how lazy she is. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Wouldn’t return to this location if i was dying in a desert, and this was the only source of liquid! Trust me when I tell you it’s a safer bet to drive down the street and go to the one on Moody Street or Main Street or even Lexington Street. No matter what you order, Gary is going to complain about it to every other worker there and possibly every other customer and then point you out for Ordering a coffee or any type of food. This Dunkin’ Donuts is outrageously expensive compared to all the others around!!! Not by a little, by a large margin! Don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. I work in construction and depending where I am I get my guys and I coffee at the nearest Dunkin every day. We were working closely this one and I stopped in to order and couldn’t believe I paid almost a dollar per drink and food more each. A dollar doesn’t sound like much but when it’s only a $2 drink elsewhere and it’s $3 at this location, same for the food, it is a 33% markup for the same product you get at any other location.
