I ordered two sandwiches from the cashier Gordon, he was incredibly rude from the get go. I paid via debit, after inserting my card and being prompted with the “accepted” communication from the machine I removed my card. Gordon told me the card didn’t go through, I said that I thought that was weird because the machine already said “accepted” Gordon shrugged and asked me to insert my card again, I complied and same as before the machine accepted my payment. I asked Gordon to confirm that I was not going to be charged twice, he said that I wouldn’t be. I asked him if he could check and he said he couldn’t. He then went to sit down at a table, put on headphones and watch his cell phone while his co worker made the sandwiches. While waiting for my order I checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged twice. I went over to Gordon, who was watching South Park, he ignored me. I said excuse me, I was just charged twice and would like a refund. Gordon sighed, rolled his eyes and said no he would not issue a refund and that probably the extra charge will go away. I asked him how he knew that and he said “I don’t know, I’m not an engineer”. I told him that being double charged is unacceptable and I want a refund, he ignored me and continued watching South Park. Not only was the cashier incredibly rude but the sandwiches were poorly made and had small portions. I...
Read moreOur first ever visit to a Jimmy John's. The menu is a bit overwhelming at first, with sandwich names instead of simply listing the main ingredient. But the "club" sandwich means they don't hollow out the sub roll. That's bizarre.
The subs were good but overpriced for the amount of meat and cheese included.
We tried the Jimmy Cubano and the Turkey Tom Sub.
Also, the subs took way too long to prepare if you are going to advertise "freaky fast" and we two of the three customers in the store. Hey Jimmy John, we've been served at other sub shops you know? We know how long it takes other sub shops. You're...

Last night was another miss. I was warmly greeted and my sandwich was ready quickly. Perhaps that's because on a $16 sandwich there was about 50 cents worth of roast beef. What there was of the roast beef was good though. And there was no American cheese available. Isn't American cheese a staple of deli operation? Bread was also great, fresh. Clean place, nice staff, but for $16 there should be a reasonable amount of meat and a choice of cheese. I gotta assume those are corporate/management matters,...
