I have seen the kindest and most efficient staff here that greet you with a smile. They are always laughing and joking with each other. While i speak of the evening shift, i have found this to be the case for all shifts . Originally I was going here for dine in 1-2 times a week but ever since I installed the McDonald's app, been going more regularly due to their freebies. I do wonder if that has increased the burden of the staff but the orders are churned out pretty fast while ordering through the app even during rush hour.
The review for the specific visit was that I tried their mcgriddle and turkey bagel. They are both dense. Taste wise they are okay but I felt the bagel was a little too heavy and Carby and wonder if croissants would be lighter and better alternatives. Mcgriddle was slightly sweet so i wasn't much of a fan. However other times i have come, the lunch and dinner options are really great and mostly warm and pipping.
I read some of the 1 star ⭐ reviews and that's not been my experience. And if they hit the order 95% of the time and one time their order isn't too great, i discount them as they too are humans and could be a genuine off day. Read moreThis restaurant is a joke. I went there and placed a simple order of french fries and a drink. I waited outside in the curbside pickup area for 20 minutes and nobody ever came out to give me my order so I left.
When I contacted the McDonald's company through their online form to request a refund for a payment that never should have been processed, they put me in touch with the store manager, Dossy Malone, who did absolutely nothing to help me. Dossy claimed that I needed to come into the store and speak with her if I wanted my money back — as if I have nothing better to do with my time. When I replied directly to Dossy, she apparently chose to ignore me since I never heard back from her.
There is no reason why I should have been charged in the first place since they never completed my order, and there is no reason why they cannot issue the refund back to my credit card, or in the last apply a credit to my mobile account for a future order.

Read morePlaced an order on the app, got confirmation and email receipt. Went to pick up my order and stood there for 15mins without any assistance. Meanwhile they helped all Doordash drivers in 3 seconds upon their arrival as they cut in front of me. When someone finally acknowledged me they said they don't have my order. I showed them proof of my receipt and that my credit card was charged. The manager simply said "if it's not on my computer then it doesn't exist. We don't have it, I can't help you." I walked out and went to dunkin donuts instead. At least they have my order and don't skip over customers in line....
Edit: Got an email from mcdonalds a few hours later saying that my order was canceled within 1minute of placing the order. Breakfast ends at 11am and I ordered at 10:40am. So if I had to guess, the employees didn't want to make any more breakfast items and thus canceled my order. Then when I showed up they pretended they had no idea...
