Food was fantastic per usual! I would give 5 stars but..... The waitier absolutely sucked he has no emotion or enthusiasm wasn't personable at all didn't interact like a Chateau waiter would especially when there was a kid at the table who kept waving and smiling at him he couldn't even say hello give a smike like the other staff. The other waitresses were more attentive to our table than he was they kept asking if we needed anything else they also agreed with me im not the first to complain about him that says something when other staff aren't pleased he makes customers feel how we did. He didn't even give us his name all I know is he had a tattoos on his right arm and really didn't care for us much. On top of it he didn't even give the right desserts to go home with. Only reason we didn't stay and eat dessert in house was cause he made us feel unwelcome and it made my wife and I wanna leave. Got home that's when we figured out half the desert wasn't correct. Got two chocolate only wanted one and a Lemonciello. I will be back eventual to eat here but I will flat out say I do not want him as a waiter if put in his section I have no issue telling said server get away from my table my money is for a happy enjoyable server. Also was informed he has been with the Chateau for 2 years and I'm not the first complaint in his two years at thd Waltham Location. Read moreTheir Foods okay the sauce is in the best I've had chicken parmesan there and it was way over fried and sauce really wasn't that appetizing I've had that right there and their tribe was wonderful so I figured I'll go there for tripe when I want tripe the last time I went for tripe which was just a week ago none of it was honeycomb it was very gross I really did not like it and it really took a lot for me to eat half the bowl and I normally davara and so they dropped the ball on the last time in the waiter on the last time in the waiter was not attentive much at all it was a guy with a bun I'd suggest things to him as to what was going on with the food he says okay well I didn't know that thank you and you just left it at that I went to give him a tip and he gave me back change that would not help me give him a tip unless you only wanted to dollars so I tried to give him a regular tip I had to go back into my wallet to get more money to make the proper change and when I went to him I said here's your money I said just as a note as a waiter when you give people change you should give them change with the proper amount that would normally represent a tip because people have to be able to give you a tip I gave you a larger bill so you could do that I says otherwise you could end up with very little tip. He said okay thank you whatever ... and he walked away and took my money so I just let it go I'm not happy...

Between the constant and completely unwarranted negative attitude (from front end staff and specifically Karen the "manager") not only shown to customers but more importantly the attitude and unprofessionalism shown to delivery drivers mixed with the complete inability to have EVER have delivery orders PREPARED AND READY is completely unacceptable. Other chateaus seem to be able to operate just fine even under heavy customer volume. however the Waltham location specifically seems to be entirely inept and incapable of performing basic tasks in a timely manner. On multiple occasions I have had the displeasure of not only picking up delivery orders but also attending dinners and events at the Waltham location. 9 times out of 10 I leave chateau Waltham wishing I had spent my money and time elsewhere. This isn't an isolated incident and something needs to change. If employees cannot be professional and polite let alone complete basic tasks they should be let go and replaced. ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT! Simple. There is no reason or excuse for repeated poor interactions, extremely excessive wait times and inability to have respect for customers and delivery drivers. The unprofessionalism is astounding on multiple levels..
Side note if you thought the complaint was only about the staff and production time you would be wrong the food is also mediocre at best and far overpriced...
