Nayeli's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Walworth

We actually wanted to go to a different restaurant in town at first because of a past bad experience at Nayeli’s. Unfortunately the other place was closed. The only other restaurant nearby was not great either so we decided on Nayeli’s. We should have ordered the pizza to go but the kids wanted to eat inside. Bad mistake. The place was filthy. Tables, benches, floors. We were told to seat ourselves. There were 2 tables left very messy after people left so we walked down to some that seemed picked up. Unfortunately they too were disgusting. I wiped the table down with some napkins. We ordered soft drinks but I ordered water. It did not just taste like city water but chemicals. Bad. The soft drinks tasted that way too. We ordered loaded nachos as an appetizer and a large pizza. The nachos took a while. They weren’t too bad but very little ingredients accept lettuce and the chips were fried and dripping with grease. When we started eating a beeping noise started. Like an alarm clock sound. It went on forever so my son followed the noise. There was an alarm clock in the men’s bathroom. Weird. It was still beeping when we left. The place should not have been so nasty and the food should not have taken so long. There were no other people in the restaurant but us and there were 4 people standing around talking in the kitchen. When the pizza finally came, I had it. I asked the girl to box the pizza to go. Instead of bringing the hot, messy pizza to the kitchen to box it for us, she brought the box to the table. There was barely any room and like I said, the pizza and pan were hot. It was difficult to put in the box where it sat on the stand. At least the employees were nice. When we got the pizza home, it was good but lots of burnt chunks on the bottom from what I suspect is a dirty oven. Needless to say, this place is not worth our business. I do...

I just ordered food for my family from here and I’ve never been so disappointed as I am now. We ordered a large pizza, nachos, cheese bread and a fish dinner. We were told 40-45 minutes for a delivery time. I waited just over an hour before I called to ask about our food. The lady told me that our food had just left their restaurant. It takes 10 mins to get to our house from Nayeli’s. Another 20+ mins goes by before we finally see the delivery driver pull into the driveway. He said “Sorry I couldn’t find the place” and then said he called my phone but my phone was busy. Which is odd considering my phone never rang and I have call waiting and so I had no missed calls or messages. He actually made it seem like it was my fault that he couldn’t find our house and didn’t answer my phone that never rang. After finally getting our food into the house our food was literally ice cold. The lettuce my wife gets on the side with nachos was hot though, so I guess not EVERYTHING was cold. The nachos were soggy, pizza was cold so heating it up made it not as tasty as fresh and the fries were absolutely cold and disgusting. The fish would have been good if I didn’t have to heat it up in the microwave! My wife and kids and myself were waiting for over an hour and half so we were starving and I felt it would be pointless to call a restaurant that clearly doesn’t care about punctuality or quality. They should let customers know that it’s going to be double the estimated time wait instead of hoping they don’t mind and aren’t hungry. Burger and fries are a must get!! Omg I just had it and just wow, it was done perfectly maybe a hair under what I asked (med rare) but I still love it cause the taste is just amazing! Its better than most of the burgers I've had and that is really saying something lol I really could go on and on about how the food there is just perfect but that might take awhile lol oh and the loaded fries.. well I don't normally like cause its always soggy and just not enough bacon but that bacon they use is just the best I've ever had and I love that loaded fry and will continue to get those cause it blew my mind just beware cause the burger is alil greasy and the paper might stick... think I ate some paper but even that was good lol I really can't wait till I'm hungry again so I can get another burger and ohh omg the fries are so good, right thickness and crunch and almost like beer battered and imma stop now otherwise ill keep going lol im so full but I want another...
