Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wanaque

Horrible.... They dont even deserve the 1 star. Placed a mobile order with them (that needs major work but not the current issue) When i went to pick up my order it wasnt ready. Fine. Wait 5 minutes and get it hot. Head home.... Not one thing is labeled... There are about 12 or so items and many duplicates. Had to go through and open up every single thing to see what is what. Discover multiple things are wrong and items are missing. I call and inform them about the mistake. Im told to head back and they will give me the right food. When i get there i inform the person who had given me my food that 4 items are wrong and 2 are missing. He claims 2 of the items were made correctly. They were not. Says he can look through the food and show me what's what.... Excuse me... You are not touching my food and sifting through it just to tell me i can then eat it... After its been fondled by someone? Gloves or not thats disgusting. He still claims the 2 items were made correctly. Hands me the other items that needed to be replaced and proceeds to make some excuse about new workers and how he wouldn't of made the order that way.... Upon getting home I check the food again. And of course.... The food is wrong. They did not make the food correctly and then proceeded to fight me about it.... Waste if time, money and effort. What a joke of a store. 100% never going back and telling anyone I know to never go there. Pitiful customer service. I liked the abandoned house being on that corner than...

This is not an indictment on the workers, I'm sure they don't really want to be there given the quality of the service, location, and prices. But I'm going to be frank.

Of all the Taco Bells I have ever been to, this really takes the cake as the worst.

Soft shell tacos? Folded like regular tacos, not wrapped. Ordered a big taco box? Enjoy the bag, they will not give you the box. Did you get a box order of any kind, actually? No, no box for you.

This is a Taco Bell I was excited about, but the quality of the restaurants is abysmal now, orders are occasionally quite wrong, and finally, there's a much, much better restaurant across the street that you could probably make better tacos with what they have, and they don't even make tacos. (It's Burger King.)

If that doesn't strike your fancy, you can genuinely walk across the street to Stop and Shop, buy some ground beef, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Shredded Cheese Blend and Taco shells for roughly the same price as what you're getting at Taco Bell for Five Times the quality.

What's more, the town actively protested this Taco Bell's existence, and over a year of work resulted in the worst fast food in the area.

A taco party box (bag, if you get it here!) should not cost Twenty Eight friggin' dollars, dear reader. Especially if they aren't even folding the Gods Forsaken (and I do mean forsaken!) Tacos.

At least they have Fire Sauce...

I don’t do this but i have to for this. Ordered a quesadilla and taco supremes and then a side of sour cream got to the window and noticed there was no sour cream so I asked the gentleman for it and he told me it was 1.21 for sour cream. It was already on my bill, and then I also asked for it on the side as well. Gave me an attitude about it, and then finally got my side of sour cream. The side of sour cream consisted of a half of squirt, if anything. Fine, I understand paying for a side of something which I have no problem doing, but every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to charges $.50 and actually the container . But the main reason I’m posting about this, they still offered nacho fries. There is nothing nacho about them, or any kind of seasoning. It’s just regular fries with a side of cheese.
