I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by one of your barbers. During my recent visit to your establishment, I had the unfortunate experience of being attended to by the aforementioned barber, whose name I am unsure of. I am disappointed to say that the haircut I received was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

Firstly, I was dismayed by the fact that she cut off an excessive amount of my hair without my consent or prior discussion. I had clearly requested a trim to maintain my current hairstyle, but the result was a significant reduction in length, which did not align with my expectations. This disregard for my instructions not only left me dissatisfied but also disrupted my overall appearance and left me feeling unhappy with the outcome.

Furthermore, I must mention that the barber in question appeared to lack the necessary knowledge and skill when it came to executing a fade. As a customer who appreciates a well-executed fade, I was disappointed to find that her attempt fell short of the standard I have come to expect from your barbershop. The transition between different lengths was uneven and poorly blended, resulting in an unprofessional and unkempt appearance.

I believe it is essential for barbers to have a thorough understanding of their craft, regardless of their gender. While I understand that proficiency may vary among individual barbers, it is imperative that the services provided meet a certain level of competence and adhere to the expectations set by your establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this specific barber has left me questioning the overall quality of services offered at your barbershop.

I should have written this review years ago. Redd’s Barbershop has been my go-to for a couple of years now, and they absolutely deserve the recognition. I’ve had haircuts from all four barbers, and every one of them is top-tier. You truly can’t go wrong no matter who you sit with. Redd is the one I usually see, and he consistently delivers a sharp, clean haircut and beard trim every single time.

What really sets Redd’s apart is the vibe. The entire team is friendly, funny, and as real as it gets. It’s the kind of place where you’re treated like family, whether you’ve been coming for years or it’s your first time through the door.

Even after moving further away, I still pass probably a hundred other barbershops just to get here. That should say everything. Great people, great cuts, and a shop I’ll keep coming back to....

Ant is incredibly knowledgable and takes his time to make sure you leave the shop loving your cut. I would trust anyone at Redd's with my hair, but Ant is my guy! I've had the chance to watch the other barbers cut as well and they are SHARP ✂️

The shop is incredibly clean, everyone is friendly and they really make you feel welcome. Redd's is very fairly priced compared to barber shops in the area, making Redd's a great value.
