Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wareham

I had to edit my 5 star review because this place has changed in quality a bit. They changed their iced coffee to be stronger or something but they aren't all trained to brew it accordingly to that or they arent stirring it or something so now almost every other time I get a coffee it's absolutely undrinkable it tastes like straight espresso even though it has a bunch of cream and sugar and caramel which is crazy. Like it tastes like cold brew extract before they add the water. It's gross. I do love the people who I see there everyday the employees are always friendly and are always willing to remake a coffee for me if I need them to. Also I've been disappointed lately with the food. The sausage for some reason even when I've been told it's a brand new one and not one that's been already cooked and is sitting it still tastes old no matter what. There's this funny oil taste to the sausage egg chz English muffins I would normally get. Maybe it's old oil or something on the machines? Not sure but I can't get breakfast sandwiches here anymore it's not worth it. I do wanna stress that the employees are great though. Sadly I won't be coming here anymore. For the past week every day is the same gross coffee. Nothing like they usually would have. And if I come back and have it remade it barely changes it if at all. It's really sad because I love the employees there and they always take care of me maybe it's not their fault maybe it's just dunkin. Can't waste my money on stuff I can't drink...

I go to this Dunkin because it's closest to my house. I order on the app for walk-in pickup (because the drive thru line is always crazy here) to save myself time, but without fail, there's always some issue. Often, I place my order on the app 15-20 minutes ahead and it's STILL not ready when I arrive. On other occasions my order has just been completely wrong. I usually let this stuff slide because hey, it's food service, it's Dunkin, it's a pandemic and we're all trying our best, but after a while enough is enough. Today I ordered a coffee, a bagel untoasted with cream cheese on the side, and a donut for my kid. What I got: a coffee, a toasted bagel with no cream cheese, and no donut.

Bonus, I even overheard a manager on the phone presumably with a new hire, explaining their "strict attendance policy", while I was waiting for my order to be fixed for the umpteenth time. At least they're strict about...

I have just about HAD IT with this location. Food is consistently made wrong, cold, burned, undercooked or I just never receive it. I just placed an order via DoorDash and I got everything but my coffee 🙄 I’ve even received other peoples orders. The coffee I order NEVER has enough milk in it even after I choose 10 milks on DoorDash. I might get lucky and get a good coffee from them once a month. I like my coffee light colored and sweet but clearly even after I’ve chosen 10 milks, they still don’t seem to get it. Absolutely ridiculous. My fiancé and I just moved to Wareham from the Cape. In all my time on the Cape, I have never dealt with the same ongoing problem from any Dunkin’ Donuts. This location tops it. I’ll be reporting this location to corporate.
