JJ Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I went there to purchase some fish. I chose the whiten after I consulted with the cashier about bones. I wanted no bones only filets fish. Immediately. After getting home to eat the fish I had bones lodged to my throat. I called the short white female she proceeded to argue with me and tell me there were no bones and I must come and show. After getting there in front of the manager , she tried to insult my intelligence by stating that prior she told me there shouldn't be any bones.Not there aren't any bones which was her actual statement. So therefore I wanted a refund. The manager on duty told me that they could fix me more fish. I exclaimed, I want a refund only due to the service that I was receiving.And I already had bones in my throats stuck that the bread could not get out 😠 😤. Four hour later it pulled...

Food was good second time coming no complaints on the food but I did have a issue with the young lady up front being rude she had locs or twist in her head and is African American ( definitely not racist I’m African American as well just explaining what she looked like ) . Very understandable dealing with customers all day can alter your mood but still unacceptable to be rude for no reason when I’m being polite but it was the fact it was only 3 / 4 customers when I came in encountering her I definitely didn’t feel welcome and seemed like we was a bother to her like she ain’t want to be there at least put her on food shouldn’t have nobody up front working with a nasty attitude even if you don’t wanna be there don’t take it out on customers especially a job you...

The cashiers were wonderful, but the food and management were actually atrocious. I've licked wet balls that were less salty. And not burnt. The oysters made me sick, the chicken was dry, and the mac and cheese was just Kraft mac rolled into balls. The bread they serve is wonderbread with no butter, just stacked at the bottom on the most greasy yet still dry food I've ever had. The manager was the worst part. Hovering over employees and asking to see receipts for orders you literally just made, and only giving out one sauce per order, no matter how many plates you got.
