Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warner Robins

This restaurant has consistently disappointed me, with both their quality of service and food. Lets start with the food. For the most part, it has been on par with what I expect from a fast-food taco joint (albeit sharply overpriced). However at this particular location, the food seems to be missing the target for quality and presentation. On more than one occasion I have been served tacos with stale shells, that look sloppily made and containing poorly proportioned ingredients.

As for the service, they provide the bare minimum… and sometimes less. For example when walking in the restaurant, the registers are typically not being manned. This leaves patrons with the choice to either wait until one of the employees decides to pay attention to them (this could take a while) or use the ordering kiosk near the door. The latter is an acceptable choice, however there still seems to be a disconnect between the computer and the people serving the food. For example, when completing the order via the kiosk you will be prompted to select “dine-in” or “carry out”. However your choice is inconsequential because they serve every order in a to-go bag. I personally prefer to eat these sloppy tacos at a table inside the restaurant and not in my car, and would greatly appreciate a food tray to contain the situation. Lastly, they tend to forget to hand over the cup for my beverage, until I remind them that I ordered a drink. Then again if there was someone available to take my order in person, we wouldn’t have that problem and I would be able to sip my drink while waiting for the food to be prepared, instead of sitting...

Got my order wrong, went back in, the cashier girl and the cooks started arguing loudly and cussing at each other, they did fix it but by the time I got home, and I live 3 mins away, my the rest of my food was cold and terrible. My tacos were falling apart. My burritos were cold and the beans looked like they were sitting out all day.. also when I got there I was the only one there when I ordered and paid. They told me immediately to pull around the other side of the building and they'd bring my order out. 😒.. Soon as I pulled over there they basically had it ready and came out. Not sure the point of pulling around like that I could've just sat at the window🤦. I basically wasted $20 tonight.. This place is just getting worse and gm's must not be doing quality control.. Now I gotta go somewhere else and...

I had a pretty complicated order, but decided to go through the drive-through line anyway. When I got my food I pulled into a parking place and checked it. It looked like it was almost all there, except they missed my cheese dip and some hot sauce packets, so I drove through the line again. They assured me my missing items were in the bag, but I persisted, saying I had checked. They quickly passed some more dip and packets out the window and I happily went on my way. Of course, after all the food was passed out, I did find the original "missing" items, just as they said I would.
