I go to McDonald’s all the time but at this point I will never go back to this stone it is the most TERRIBLE THE WORST EVER MCDONALD’S IN MIDDLE GA AND I LIVE LIKE 5 blocks away I rather drive further down Watson blvd to the other McDonald’s or to Russell Parkway before i will ever go back to the store reason being they never get your order correct if you have anything that you want something done altered to your food get ready to wait for it over 30 minutes first and then make sure you check your order because if you don’t once you get home, you will have to bring it back and then once you ask for it to be done over because first you have waited so long and you ordered your food a special way and the fact that you had to come back to this place to get WHAT U ORDERED the first time almost 45 mins ago. the food is then all thrown together because they are mad at the customer now, then if you ask to speak to a manager, most of them are friends and family and hang out together so they come to the window with an attitude and look at you as if you’re wrong for the way you like your food so they ask for the food back take the food back to the back to get it right are they CRAZY WHO DOES THAT I DONT WONT NO FOOD THAT GOES BACK AND FORTH TO BE RECOOKED OR PREPARED. so on this day, when I said I was completely done I went through the drive-through. It’s storming outside the date February 12, 2024 I ordered a fish fillet with cheese, extra tartar sauce and pickles a frappe and a sweet tea no ice my order Number was 1487 I received a fish fillet with about 2 pounds of tartar sauce and a iced coffee when asked about the frappe the person at the register told me they don’t sell Frappés when asked about the sweet tea, her exact words was oh we not selling sweet tea today lol I was like oooooook at this point I just refuse to keep going back-and-forth with the people here at this McDonald’s again there’s no reason to talk to their managers because they think it’s funny WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE IS THIS REAL ? So I came home and I read the reviews to see if I was the only one who feels this type of way about this McDonald’s, this is ridiculous as I see on the reviews NO I am not so I called the store further down Watson blvd to find the general managers name and phone number. The number listed says this phone is not available. Please call back at another time so I tried the phone number again because I’m like maybe I dialed the wrong number same thing again so I called the store FURTHER down Watson Boulevard and asked to speak to the manager who I must say was very nice and helpful I asked him for the number to store 1938 he explained to me that he had been trying to reach that store this day also and he was getting the same message as me I was able to get the GM’s name Felicia Allen and the corporation headquarters HR number from this manager so I called the number to HR there I spoke to Heather and she told me that they just took over store 1938 on December1,2023. Heather stated Yes they have had complaints but not enough to really do anything about ,well I am in management as well in my profession and one complaint is enough to do something when it comes to customer service because without our customers we will not have a job so I VALUE EVERY CUSTOMER INTERACTION TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING I explained to Heather my situation and explained to her about the store level of quality of customer service, She said she would email the manager that was on duty now and let Felicia Allen know and someone will call me , and that was my resolution. I explained to her something must be done about the store and I will make sure that I continue to call and until I reach somebody who’s responsible enough to handle this situation. Read moreSLOW, SLOW, SLOW. Placed order in drive thru, 10 minutes to get to the pay window, 5 more minutes to the pick up window and we're told to park in the drive thru waiting spot. Another 10 minutes pass and the food comes out as the employee digs thru the bag with ungloved hands and to everyone's surprise it is not even ours. Wonder who is going to get that big order. After 5 more minutes, I go in and stand at the counter for another 5 minutes before being asked if I need any help. Explained the problem. The cashier takes my receipt to the on duty manager who tells her to ring it up again, she does and now has to wait for them to come approve it. Now after the previous 30 minute wait, add another 5 minutes to now have to wait for my "Old"original order that now has a new number to be made behind all of the other drive thru orders placed since then. No since of customer satisfaction or concern from the manager of my now 45 minute wait. All the while he is continuously clearing orders off the screen to keep their drive thru times down. It's a wonder any car got what they actually ordered. Even as I waited other customers were waiting ridiculous amounts of times for their orders. Also, be cautious when entering as the floors are slippery, the must have been mopped with the greasy mop that was last used in the kitchen. Don't expect the world famous fresh french fries as the employee working the fry station had the racks full of boxed fries and all baskets full of cooked and uncooked fries hanging on the fryer as many orders were being held waiting on chicken nuggets. Makes me wonder about the quality of the food and the integrity of the food holding cabinet timers, wonder how many times they were reset in the 45+ minutes I was there. When the timer expires, for food safety and quality the tray of food is supposed to be disposed of. Even after all this time waiting, not a single word from the manager or a may we refill your drinks. Maybe with proper training from the store manager and oversight this could be a great store representative of the McDonald's brand. As consumers, we choose where we spend our money based on Brand loyalty, quality, speed and cleanliness. When those key items are met, we are happy. Today was not a good day for my loyalty to McDonald's. Good thing Burger King And Krystal are very close and will get my money going forward. Shame on this locations management and Kudos to the kind cashier at the front counter who thru it all was amazing and apologetic. If I do go back to this location, it will not be thru the drive thru I will go in and seek out the same front counter cashier, if they are not there I will go give my usual $30 to $40 dollar order to another fast food chain. Come on McDonald's, get it together, please!

Read moreI door dash and this is the slowest place I deal with, just about every manager they have is incompetent and do not care about the door dash/ Uber eats customers. The longest I've waited was 30 minon a big Mac and nuggets then got extremely mean when I said something about the wait. These folks make way too much to be that slow and careless EDIT; 3/2/23 I waited 30 min on an order and drove to my dash customer and when I got back to get another order two other dashers that were there when I left prior we're still there waiting and while I was waiting on my order the guy making the dash orders said " I ain't studying y'all keep m going on break hope someone can take care of y'all" it was a black gentleman with tattoos on his face and gold teeth, leaving the man doing drive through to pick up for him, which was pleasant and apologetic for his comrade being so rude and dismissive. I do not recommend that McDonald's for door dash/Uber eats they are terribly slow and unorganized and do not care how long you have been standing there and I've cream machine is always "down" really a stain on McDonald's and inbdire need of staff restructuring. I mean I don't expect much for what you pay your staff but I mean damn, 4 of those dashes costs me 4 hours....
