I once rated Ray’s as a 5, however I recently had some poor experiences with the quality of two items and returned them and I was treated poorly. The manager was not receptive to the information about the quality of the cooked items she would only say it was cooked properly and refused to acknowledge the poor quality. My last visits I find that the poor quality of the ingredients are taking away from the texture and taste of pastries and will go back to Wilson’s bakery here in Warner Robins. The staff there fails to realize that doughnuts are luxurious and they are not the only doughnut spot in this area. The donuts are super tasty and glazed just right. Great flavor. Not dry and not overly sweet. A very large selection of donuts. The location is tight and very limited parking. I asked for a couple varieties of bagels cause I haven't found a good bagel shop around here. Come to find out, they are just store bought bagels.
