Where to begin. I put a speciality order in yesterday morning and was told that it wasn’t problem to make that particular brand of donut. Flash forward to this morning-my husband arrived at the time he was told for pick up to find out that the donuts weren’t ready. He was told they needed 20 minutes. He said okay not a problem and proceeded to wait an hour because each time he checked back in they still weren’t ready. At the hour mark my husband asked for a refund (he was just ready to go home) for the special order but he also paid for a few donuts that he purchased on the spot too. The staff, in an effort to apologize for the wait, gave him six additional donuts. He finally got the special order and came home. Our special order, to put it nicely, was a mess. I ended up calling since we spent almost 20 bucks on donuts that weren’t what we ordered and we couldn’t serve because they were wet and soggy (clearly rushed because they were still making them when my husband first arrived). After speaking with the actual baker and hearing about their short staffed issues (which I get) and being told that because she made them, they couldn’t be bad and then admitting that she told the person who took the order that they don’t make this type of donut, I was told that we wouldn’t get a refund. It’s disappointing because we have been here before and loved their donuts. This special order was especially meaningful for me as I’ve been homesick for my hometown bakery and finally thought I found what I was...

On Tuesday, July 20th, 2021, I was excited to visit Wilson's Bakery with my husband. As a child visiting the bakery with my father whom was stationed at Robins, AFB I wanted my husband to experience the same delightful nostalgia from my childhood. However, to my dismay the warm inviting feelings I felt as a child was gone. My husband and I addressed the associate with kindness when she finally decided to stop vacuuming and approached the counter stood there with not addressing us back and in a hateful tone "what can I get you?" The allure I experienced as a child was ruined in a twinkle of a moment and we did not make a purchase. I understand everyone has days when they feel the weight of the world rest upon their shoulders but this was beyond a display of non professionalism it was a demeaning hate filled encounter. This visit meant something to me because of my husband, it was the day before the 41st anniversary of my father's death and we had the intention of purchasing some of my mother's favorites to take to her and purchase cupcakes for one of my eldest...

I placed an order for some of their delicious goodies. I called today to see if they were ready (because we live out of town) only to have less than good customer service. They couldn't find my order and even the tone of the lady i spoke to sounded accusatory that i didn't place the order. (she said they give a day and time for pick up and my order had a time frame of two days due to living out of town) I have proof of my call in my past call record. I threatened to cancel the order but went ahead with it since its a Christmas gift and Christmas is only 2 days away. She could care less if i cancelled it or not. THEN she looked for the order and found it under the last name Chatman. i have never in my life said my name was Chatman. but the way the phone call went, i felt like she blamed me on the last name mix up. Again, if this wasnt a gift this order would be cancelled and i wouldnt waste my time driving all that way for their products. Bad customer service and ruin a really...

Wilson’s Bakery used to be the “premier” bakery of Warner Robins. Now, they are little crummy.Their portion sizes are ridiculously small and priced high . Quite frankly, they are disappointing.! They now sell half a slice of cake for the same price as what was formerly a whole slice of cake. They appear to take one slice and cut it in half to make two. The slice looks half eaten. It takes two “so called” slices to make one decent slice of cake. I will not purchase again in the future. Most of what they now sell is significantly smaller. This includes the donuts and cookies. I don’t know what makes businesses rip off the paying customers who support it and have done so for years. The customer service also stinks now and is not what it once was.

This is a small family owned bakery that has been around for as long as I can remember! Yes, Wilson’s made it on the Christmas table again this year (20th year). Because Wilson’s is located on the opposite side of town from me we don’t go often. However, we go every year for my son’s birthday (we have since he was born and he is 13 now) and all the Holidays without fail. Although we started my son with birthday cakes he now just wants 2 dozen finger nut cookies for his special day. For Christmas we always get the finger nut cookies, petit four cakes. This year we added the divinity cookies to the mix - it will make it again next year.
