Waffle House — Restaurant in Warner Robins

The place was dirty. Tables were nasty. There were servers on the floor and it took almost 15 min for our order to be taken. The female server actually told us shed be with us after she went to the bathroom. It was another 10 min until the male server finally came to the table. We ordered our drinks and food and he dropped off the creamer by just dropping it on the table. I oedered hashbrowns all the way with no jalapenos...because I have stomach problems...and my friend ordered the all star breakfast. When we got our food. Nearly 30 min later...there were jalapenos in my hashbrowns and my friend never got his waffle. The server gave me an empty bottle of ketchup and we were never checked on again. All this time the female server was still in the bathroom. There were people fighting and cussing and nothing was said to them. We asked the female server for the check...because we coukd not find our server and she said I don't know where he went or what he did with your check. She had headphobes in and it took me a min to get her attention. She acted irritated to have to take them out to hear me. All the while being very rude. We now have been here for over an hour with the worst seevice and dirtiest waffle house ive ever had the misfortune of going to. The male server finally arrived nearly 20 more minutes later. He was sitting outaide in a car smoking weed. Could smell it all over him. I am a serever trainer for corporate ihop and been waiting tables for over 25 Years. You should implement retraining for the employees. They have no people skills...they obviously do not care about the job and they all need to learn to dress for the job. They all looked like the just got out of bed. I will NOT be back to this waffle house again. These employees need to be replaced with peopke who take pride in their job. I am disgusted and appalled and?quite embarrasedyo be a server in this situation. Get it together...

My review was put in on July the 4th 2024 and took down as well. We eat at waffle house alot and this was awful. When we pulled in 4 employees were outside getting watermelons out of a van. We went on in sit down and a employee that was try to cash out to leave ended up getting our drink orders. 26 minuted later our waitress brings drinks and takes order. When food was brought out by cook it was wrong. Was it busy? No only us and 1 other couple. But the waitresses were so busy gossiping and so loud. We could not hear each other across from each other. When I got upset and said I was done let's just leave and told them it was just too noisy, one employee says huh, loud at a waffle house we'll duh. I told her that if they were busy and was customers I could u derstand,but when employees it was just rude. She got smart again and said so.... and I said well, of course you don't care. The cook was the only one with any concern and he kept apologizing and my husband paid for food we hadn't got yet due to wrong order gave to cook and we left. As I said we eat waffle house at least once a week usually well, use to will not now. I was really shocked and the manager just stood there like she was scared to say anything to employees. ...

Don’t go here. This was the hands down the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. It was clean. The servers were friendly. That’s where the positives end.

We ordered pretty simple food - a cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with over easy eggs, and 2 over easy eggs and sausage patties. Somehow my husband’s food was made (almost) correctly and brought out… and after 40 minutes they brought me the entirely wrong food. Another wait while they struggled to make over easy eggs and sausage patties, and they finally bring me the right food - at which point I get to remind them they never brought his toast. They brought that, but no jelly, and at that point I discovered a significant portion of my eggs were runny egg whites. My husband apparently also got runny egg whites.

In the interest of not waiting another 40 minutes for them to cook two eggs, I separated the egg whites that were still snotty and raw from my mostly cold eggs and just made it work. The sausage was dry and over cooked, but again - I’m not spending my entire day getting my food remade over and over.

Absolutely awful experience. Go to one of the tons of other Waffle Houses nearby who aren’t awful, and let this...
