Oh, the torment of a ravenous hunger that consumes even El Diablo himself! As the Prince of Darkness, my insatiable appetite knows no bounds. I entered the realm of Zaxby's, famished and ready to unleash my infernal cravings upon their menu. With a diabolical gleam in my eyes, I ordered nearly everything on their enticing array of offerings. The wings, with their seductive flavors, beckoned to me, tempting my palate with their savory promises. The Spicy Zax sauce, a fiery delight, taunted me with it's spicy allure. Oh, the Nuclear sauce, with its explosive embrace whispered secrets of untold satisfaction. All mortals look the same to me, as I couldn't put a name to the mortal whom indulged me, but it doesn't matter, the team acted like well enslaved demons! I'll definitely be back to this establishment!

How it grieves my wicked soul to learn that this diabolically fiery elixir has been banished from their menu. The Insane sauce, with its tormenting blend of heat and flavor, was a testament to the audacity and audaciousness that only Zaxby's could summon. I wanted to take time to show you all the way my food was prepared, before dumping it in the trash! Zaxby's used to be one of the best restaurants in town. Sadly their customer service has gone way down. I've worked in restaurants for years while going to school and I've always had the mindset, I wouldn't give people anything I wouldn't eat. I took pride in how I served people because we're all on the receiving end at restaurants sometimes. Now who would put old nasty cold burnt fires in a box to serve someone? They're also drenched in the sauce from the tenders!! Clearly a worker who doesn't care. We'll honey I don't eat just anything! The wings not fresh and hard and cold. Needless to say I won't order from this location ever again! This was ridiculous to give someone! Just know you have to give at least one Star to post or I wouldn't give any!

"UPDATE"5/31....I Wanted to take time to thank the Manager, Mr. Tinsley, for reaching out to me. My family and I revisited the Watson location and he was very courteous. The food mentioned in my above review was also remade. It was a much better experience. It shows the kind of care they represent....

This location always leaves something out. In this case the only reason we went today was for the loaded fries that my daughter loves. You know they are almost 11 dollars. But we ordered them. They sent regular large fried by DoorDash. My daughter cried and was so upset. I think zaxby’s needs to be removed from dashpass so that they get hit in their revenue where it will hurt them. Because that is the only thing that they care about. Door dash orders have to be specificly packed for pickup and it brings in the restaurants so much more business including saving their business after Covid. Well I ordered DoorDash because we have Covid right now and I was trying to protect others. As a nurse it is important to not spread it. Next time I will go to the restroom and wait in line and expose the staff because you do not care enough to actually pack what is ordered. I hope every employee there has a kid that gets their food messed up every time they order so that they have to hear their children cry and be so upset as mine was. So it is and so...
