Mattress Firm in Warner Robins, GA is a very clean and well-organized store. Their showroom offers a wide variety of both conventional, hybrid, and memory foam mattresses at many different price points to satisfy shoppers who may be budget-conscious (as we were). Dee was our salesperson, and both my wife and I found her to be very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous.

Since this store is also one of their "Clearance" centers, they had several different "refurbished" mattresses and adjustable bed frames available as well (ie, mattresses and frames that had been lightly used [reportedly for 30-60 days or less], and then returned to the store by previous buyers for various reasons.

It was explained to us that all of the "Outlet" merchandise is subjected to meticulous incoming inspections, as well as being thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and re-inspected by the company prior to being offered up for resale at significant discounts. Knowing our budget constraints, Dee became more like a trusted partner of ours than a typical salesperson, seeking to find options that would satisfy all of our wants and needs at prices that we could afford.

Based on her recommendations, we ultimately selected an "Outlet" adjustable bed frame and mattress, as the cost of the same items as "new" were simply out of our price range for the quality of merchandise that we were seeking.

While our "Outlet" purchases will not be delivered for another week, we are hopeful that they will be everything that we have been led to expect. If it turns out that it is not up to those standards for any reason, then we have been assured that we retain the option to refuse acceptance when it gets delivered, and it will be returned to the warehouse at no cost to us.

Conversely, if the "Outlet" merchandise does in fact meet/exceed our expectations (as we hope and expect that it will), then we will have acquired a very high quality hybrid mattress and adjustable bed frame for a fraction of what these items sell for as "new", making it truly a "Win-Win" for all parties concerned.

In summary, based on our experience, we would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Warner Robins, GA to anyone who is looking to purchase or replace their existing mattresses and/or bed frames, regardless of their budgetary desires or constraints.

Wished to give them no star at all. Never recommend it to anyone. Untrusted salespeople.

First they didn't respect the delivery date. Although we accepted to receive both the king mattress and the base after 30 days, just because we wanted that mattress. They didn't give us any good thing to accept that delayment in delivery day. After these 30 days, we didn't hear from them for another 4 days, then they called to let us know that they will deliver after another 3 days. They didn't even apologize for that delayment. On the new delivery day, they delivered only the base!!! After calling the costomer survive, (who wasn't able to find our mattress order from the first call), they said: our foam mattress is backordered and it will be available after another extra 30 days!!!!!! When we refused to wait for another 30 days, (because we didn't trust them anymore), they offered us to go to the store to pick what ever mattress do we like and they will deliver it. Till now it's ok, we could forgive all of that, BUT when we went to the store they didn't deal with us as it should be ( no respecting, no welcoming, no apologizing). The guy there told us that they don't have any of the good mattresses in their stocks and he guided us to pick a very basic foam mattress, that didn't meet our requirements, and he'll return the difference in price???? Just to prevent us from taking any other mattress for free. So we decided to retur the whole things ($1000). THAT IS WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT HE WROTE IN HIS RECORDS THAT WE RECEIVED 2 PILLOWS FOR $99 EACH FOR FREE AS A GIFT, WHICH...

Bought a mattress from them a few weeks ago had a slight mix up on delivery but worked it out so I figured I would purchase an adjustable base for my mattress. Bought the base on yesterday when I got it home and tried to set it up it had a ton of problems the legs wouldn't screw in the cord was cut in half so I called today and Lakeitha told me to load it back up (it is extremely heavy might I add) and bring it back that she had another one and pulled it out and made sure everything worked right well needless to say she lied!! I lugged the very awkward extremely heavy base back up the stairs to my room and again none of the legs would screw in again and the cord was running thru the middle of the base just waiting to be chopped in half if it were to be opened up! I called again and she keeps telling me she knows those legs for because she tried them well I'm here to tell you there's no way in God's green earth she tried them when the base was enclosed in plastic and had no signs of being opened prior to me opening it! I will never do business with them again! Instead of her trying to make it right and send someone out to fix it she's stuck on her lies of the legs screwed in while at the store!! Update: I want to say after the mishaps I went thru that Lakeitha went above and beyond to make it right. She not only took the time to come to my house to try to fix the legs into the base herself and after she couldn't get them to work either she ordered me an upgraded model and had it delivered and set up free of charge!
