Read moreDon't do business here. We drove an hour away to do business with Chris, to find out he straight up lied to us about the mattress we would be getting. Tried to play it off by saying the inches of the mattress instead of the name of it until I started asking questions. Instead he was trying to sell us one that was double the price as "the best deal on this sale." Then when I went to question and call him out about it and express just how upset I was to have drove all the way up here on my husband's ONLY day off under false pretenses. Well apparently ttheydidnt like being called out because this other guy who was in there who I'm assuming is the MANAGER told us we "could go" as we were already going. As my husband is steady trying to explain how this was wrong on multiple levels, the "Manager" wants to get pissed off and literally lift his entire shirt up, flashing myself, my husband, and our 2 minor children while saying he is ready to fight my husband. Fired is the absolute right thing that should happen to this so called manager and Chris should be reprimanded for being dishonest, shady, and no remorse for the time and gas he wasted us driving up here under...
Read moreDON'T FALL FOR THE "WARRANTY"!!!!! We bought the I8 15 months ago and this POS loses all the air each night. The troubleshooting procedures take considerable time and are a pain to completely perform (you remove the blow up mattress from the bed!!!). Once none of that works you get to talk to some Filipino lady that will send someone to you for $150 (of course on there schedule) while you continue sleeping on a deflated mattress.
Completely unacceptable for such an expensive bed.
We will be buying a new mattress and moving this POS into one of our guest rooms - flat bed and single ply toilet paper should keep company from wanting to stay too long.
