Stir King — Restaurant in Warner Robins

My first time trying it and I was simply dissatisfied. I had the General Tso chicken dinner and while the portion is huge, it was mostly a WASTE! Restaurants really need to stop trying to "fool" their customers. Their chicken was mainly hard pieces. It's like they redropped/refried an already cooked chicken to give it the appearance that it was cooked fresh. It was OBVIOUS it wasn't. When you stripped away all those hard pieces of flour, the chicken itself didn't look like chicken. I'm just hoping I don't get sick! Then, the "fried rice" wasn't even fried rice. It was literally just yellow rice with two very lonesome hard broccoli pieces sitting on top. It was all just a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. This is exactly why I don't like Chinese restaurants. You can hardly find one that is authentic, fresh and actually tastes good. Never again!!! Stir King needs to DO BETTER! Restaurants need to remember why they got into the business in the first place! Stop cooking and providing food that they know they wouldn't even eat...

For starters, I was out of town for work. I travel a lot and have to go back and forth to macon quite a bit, ive tried some not so good asian food so i figured id try somewhere different, 3rd times a charm right, Nope. This was downright horrible, i had my food delivered to me. I ordered teriyaki chicken with yum yum sauce. The presentation of the chicken was extremely unappetizing. It was a chicken breast cut into strips with teriyaki sauce drizzled over. It was not cooked with the sauce nor prepared how teriyaki chicken is supposed to. The vegetables were not cooked either, just hard no flavor. The fried rice was not made the way its supposed to be either having an odd metallic taste and was off putting by how yellow it was, and if that wasnt enough, their yum yum sauce is not yum yum sauce. Which is sad considering how easy and inexpensive it is to make, its appearance was just a pure dull white sauce. No color to it or spices added. I've never had such sorry food that I felt the need to write a bad review about...

I’m a regular paying customer!!!! I called over the phone to place an order, the employee or girl who answered the phone was very rude. She puts me on hold and I’m waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes while she’s waiting on other customers at the restaurant. She never came back to take my phone order. So after waiting over 10 minutes on the phone, I hung up and called back. The phone rang for almost 5 minutes and no one bothered to answer the phone. I hung up and called back again and still no one answered the phone. So I hung up waited a few more minutes and called back. It rang a few times before someone finally answered. If you want to keep your regular paying customers happy and coming back then don’t put customers on hold and forget or ignore them. And answer the phone!!!! That ain’t no way to treat a paying customer!!!! If you continue to treat paying customers this way you won’t having paying customers because they will take their business...
