THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW 5/24/24 : Our first visit was on a Saturday a month or so after Giggle Town opened. We have a 3 yr old and the toys and play level of Giggle Town is perfect for her learning / play level. We went twice the first day. Our first visit in the morning was wonderful. My husband and I arrived with her just after opening. We had a wonderful time, there were a good number of kids around her age too. We were talking all the way home about getting a yearly membership as it saves a lot of money over single visit costs. After nap, we headed back to enjoy it a bit more... but omg. When we arrived the place had absolutely exploded. I mean nothing was in its place. The floor was so messy I kept tripping over toys, and so was everyone else. None of the play stations had any of their stuff anymore... kids waaayyy too big for the space were everywhere (I'm talking pre-teens). It was really off putting that they had three staff members that day but didn't pickup behind the kids or sanitize throughout the day, and they allowed all ages, no matter how big the kids are. We decided to try again another day, but reserve judgment on buying a yearly pass. I updated this review after getting a response from the business, as we have since been back to Giggle Town many times and we did eventually buy the annual pass. They now have an age/size limit that is much more reasonable. I have also seen that the staff now picks up behind and puts away the play stations throughout the day, which keeps the place safe and fun all day. Thank you Giggle Town! It is rare these days for businesses to take feedback well and implement changes. We...
Read moreI recently visited Giggle Town with my kids and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere at Giggle Town is delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment for families. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place was, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and organization.
One thing that stood out to me was the fact that Giggle Town offers a military discount, which is a thoughtful gesture towards our service members and their families. This kind of appreciation for the military community is commendable and adds to the positive experience.
I felt reassured knowing that the area at Giggle Town is safe for children, allowing parents to relax and enjoy their time without worrying about their kids' well-being. Both of my kids had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed their time at Giggle Town, which made the visit even more special.
Overall, I would give Giggle Town a solid five-star rating for its fantastic atmosphere, cleanliness, military discount offering, child-friendly environment, and the memorable experience it provided for my family. It's definitely a place worth...
Read moreI actually love this place for my one year old. I allowed an employee to talk me into the membership for a month for my older children because of course $50 for one visit is better than $25 each visit. They enjoyed their time there but was only able to visit twice. The following month (this month) I seen the charge again on my 5 year old card. I immediately canceled and asked for a refund and was asked a thousand questions. School is back in session and this place is more for babies than 5+. We would not be able to utilize the membership so it would be a waste of money is what I explained but they stopped responding. All of the money I’m sure they make, issuing a refund should not be an issue! It’s not about the money, it’s the principle that I explained this is a five year old allowance and they did not care. Wouldn’t recommend a membership for any child over 3 or 4. I’ll no longer support this business or any of their businesses.
Update : they responded shortly after I posted this stating that they released the refund...
