China First — Restaurant in Warr Acres

Very rude. I literally just got off the phone with them and he cut me off in the middle of me telling him my address so hopefully they magically know where I live. Also the guy on the phone sounded very irritated by the fact that I was getting multiple orders (3 items) for others in my household. oh and to top it all off he did even have the common courtesy to tell me my total he just said "what else?" And I said "yes" and he said "ok" and hung up. They have decent food but the way they treat customers by acting so irritable makes you wonder if they are doing everything else the right way as well. And no this isn't the first time they have acted extremely rude. The last time I ordered (time before this) there was a lady on the phone and she was so foreign that nor me, my fiancé, nor my brother could understand her (not being racist but it was true) she got very irritated when I told her I couldn't understand what she was implying and she raised her voice at me. She put me on the phone with another gentlemen and which I believe was the same guy I just got off the phone with and he was extremely rude then too. great food but I think I'll take my business elsewhere and I strongly encourage you to do the same unless you just like irritable people trying to make you feel like you just ruined...

The chicken chow men was just awful no taste, mystery chicken like another person said. The chicken looked strange and there was more cabbage than chicken, some bok choy and with no celery which I miss from other Chinese take outs. The egg roll was under cooked and soft-cold. The fried rice was not even packed like YUMMY YUMMY does it and what I mean by that is the box puffs up and as you spoon it out you notice it is stuffed not fluffed so it looks full. I found 9 or 10 small pieces of pork and a the rest was a lot off pees. The fried rice didn't have enough soy sause and was mostly white in color. The bill was $14.12 with a dollar delivery charge. The food took 45 min. The delivery driver pulled up in a 2015 Honda civic It looked like one of the owners cars. I knew the food was going to be bad so I stiffed I guy. like I said if he was driving a brand new Honda he was the owner or family... $14.12 was a waste on crappy overpriced food that was not even filled in the box. Last time I ordered pick-up... won ton soup.... and broke a tooth on a piece of bone inside the won...

Received a flyer/menu on my door — thought maybe I’d check them out for lunch. I ordered Pepper Steak with Rice and Egg drop soup. The rice was undercooked, the soup wasn’t hot, and I only got (3) pieces of meat — literally three pieces of meat! I ordered (3) meals and the rice in all three meals was undercooked. I ordered three meals and I only got 3 duck sauces after I asked for more. Customer service was terrible. I came to spend money at your restaurant, the least you can do is be nice.
