I called in a order for 2 cheeseburger combos, with drinks, and was disappointed again. The first time, their food was mediocre, not horrible but not great either. We ate it because we had already paid for it and was hungry. So, fast forward to a year or more later and we call in a order. I'm told 10 minutes and had to hurriedly ask the woman on the phone the price of our meal before she hung up on me. We pull up and wait at least 15 mins, before we pull off and drive around the block so I can pull around to the front of the diner. There's another car in the drive, so I pull around to where you order and they tell me to pull around. So, we wait another 5 mins and we pull up and give the old woman my name and she hands me small cups of soda and cold food. I felt it as soon as she placed it in my hand that it was cold and my bf also noticed and told the woman that the food was cold and her reply was "it's been sitting there". We tell her we don't want it, she gets the owner, who obviously has no customer service skills and starts being patronizing and we end up leaving with cold food. I bring it back and get cash back because they don't know how to or won't give money back from debit/credit card transactions. I explained the owner that the food was raw, although, more like undercooked and cold. I told her I just want my money back, I'm not trying to argue or debate the situation, I just want my money back. She begins to lecture me about calling orders in and that they are going to get cold. I kept telling her she doesn't have to worry about because I won't order from them anymore. There's way better burger places than this place. She tells me the burger is still warm and I tell her it is because my bf warmed it up in the microwave and it was gross. I didn't even try mine or the fries because I knew they were cold. Instead of having customers that are waiting on their orders, to pull forward, we have to wait and our food gets cold. But, WE SHOULD HAVE JUST PULLED UP AND ORDERED AND MAKE IT THAT MUCH HARDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP THEIR ORDER. Instead of having a window to order and another to pick up and having a place for someone to park while waiting, by all means, make others have to wait and have their food get cold. As far as "Indian Tacos" go, I would never eat it because I am a Native descendant of the original of this country and this state and it's an insult to have some ppl come here and throw some flour and water together and call it indian tacos. You don't have to be a Native person to make frybread and indian tacos, but that doesn't mean it's authentic or even good. Good customer service has gone out of the window, so has hospitality in general. Take responsibility for your lack of cooking skills and customer...
Read moreI don't understand all the good reviews. This place used to be a favorite spot of mine back in the late 90's, but I moved to the other side of town and stopped going there. I recently moved back to the West side, and I've been there twice. The first time I went back, my hotdog was cold and the onion rings tasted like old fryer grease. I figured they were just having a bad day, so I tried them again yesterday evening. Never again. This was honestly one of the grossest burgers I have ever tasted. I ordered the onion burger with cheese, (which they charged me for, but still wasn't on the burger) a order of fries, and a Diet Coke. The burger bun was gummy like it had gotten wet, and the patty looked and tasted like a really low-quality pre made meat. Like the giant bags of super cheap frozen patties you can get at Sam's Club. The meat had a very off-taste- the only way I can describe it is like liver and cowhide. I couldn't swallow it. The fried onions and pickles were the only edible thing on the burger. The fries, while advertised as crispy and golden, were actually soggy and undercooked. But hey, they didn't taste like old fryer grease this time! Still couldn't eat them, even with ketchup. The only decent thing about the meal was the Diet Coke, even then I could have gotten a better one across the street at 7-11. Complete waste of $7 and some change. I'll never...
Read more-10 stars!! THIS IS TERRIBLE. I took one bite of my burger and IMMEDIATELY spit it out. The burger tastes like prison food & has the consistency of rubber. I literally almost threw up in disgust of this food. I immediately called the store & requested the owner, I was denied and was put on the phone with the “cook”. Not the manager on duty, the COOK who gave me a hockey puck for a burger. He told me to come back to have our food remade & I refused. I told him I do not want the food re made, I want my money back. I told him the burger literally tastes like a pre made patty that you threw on the grill for a few minutes then served it the next day. The cook argued with me about the food and said I couldn’t have a refund because I wouldn’t bring the food back right then. I told him that I have work to do & can’t return at his requested time due to his incompetence & terrible cooking skills. I stated I would be back to return the hockey pucks for my refund this evening. I will NEVER return to Tim’s and will not/do not recommend this establishment to any individual. The employees definitely need customer service training & a manager on site overseeing operations. I would be disgusted to know my employees treated a paying customer with such disrespect in a situation that should have...
