Arby's — Restaurant in Warren

This Arby’s in particular can not get it together. My visit to this location going in doors a female who worked here was sitting taking a break with simply socks and no shoes on.. she walked behind the counter as if it was her own kitchen to go socialize with the line cooks. Not only was my food in the hands of the male she was talking too but I also seen this male individual throw my food and it unraveled as if he didn’t care who seen it. This is inappropriate and for this location to look as nice as it does it needs a entire new Staff or this staff needs to be written up so they take the employment more seriously. The female Caucasian manager was nice but the experience from the others was unacceptable. On 12/08/2024. Approx. 6:30. Purchased 2 Reuben's and fries. Approx. 24.00 Dollars. Got home and took a bite out of the Reuben and seen the bread had "MOLD". Went back with my purchase. Asked to speak with a manager. Had to wait until she finished her cig and phone call. Showed her the Reubens, and receipt. She called out to a worker you need to check the bread. Then left with my receipt, With out saying a word to me. Not a sorry, how can I make this right. She came back approx. 3-4 mins and returned my money. And again walked away with out saying a word. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. I placed my order, a buffalo chicken sandwich and a small drink. I took my coat off at the table and went to the restroom. I was very surprised and happy to see that my order was waiting for me at my table. In addition to that, they gave me an order of curly fries. They were not piping hot but they were still edible and I am pleased to know that they would be thoughtful enough to give them away then to throw them away just because they couldn't sell them which is the practice of many restaurants. I have waited a lot longer at other fast food restaurants and they would not offer me a drink for my wait let alone some free fries. It is really too bad that there are not more of...
