Bushwick — Restaurant in Warren

We just returned from dinner at Bushwick in Warren, and were blown away by not only the taste of the food that we ate, but the presentation and the care that went into plating the meals. My wife got the chicken tacos and they were garnished with this beautiful, bright, blue cabbage and seasonings, and they just popped with flavor. I got the quesadilla; the Cremora and Cojita Cheese really set this quesadilla aside from any other quesadilla I've eaten. It would not be a pretentious stretch to say that these tacos and the quesadilla were meticulously decorated. We were really impressed with the chef and what seemed like a careful choice to keep the heat level right on the line if not safely a half notch under.

They have a very large parking lot and outdoor seating and a patio. But the inside is kind of cool; it almost feels like you're on a large luxury train. What a cool little place tucked away on the other side of a road in Warren Ohio...

Thank you, Bushwick! My wife was out of town on a mission with the military ON her actual birthday and was in the area; her soldier comrades took her out to dinner to Bushwick to celebrate. I couldn't be there (as this is 3-4 hours away from our home), but I called to see if they could help me out by letting me buy a round of shots for them over the phone to send them out to them as soon as they got there. They were very helpful and accommodating, taking time to make sure it was the right shot, figuring out how I could pay over the phone, and ensuring that it would be ready when they got there. These are my favorite tacos around. The menu is small but mighty and delicious. They taste perfect as-is. The only downside for me is that three tacos don’t fill me up. Steak tacos feel the most filling and give the best bang for your buck. Portobello is a good vegetarian option.

This is a good spot to catch a solo act or a small acoustic set. It can get a bit crowded because of the layout of the building. But overall a nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere.
