Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warren

So I absolutely had to write a review for our experience here... -- We have 4 kids so every fast food trip is a new adventure. We never know exactly how it's going to go. I have to say, I misjudged this location completely!!!

Because we have so many kids we do the best we can to get the best deals available and also use any mobile codes we may have. This sometimes (more often than not, unfortunately...) infuriates the person taking the order and the staff inside. I must have apologized to the girl taking our order about 10 times, but she politely dismissed me every time and continued to be extra patient and pleasant with us. The line had built up quite a bit behind us but she made it clear that at that moment she was ONLY concerned with us and making sure our order was correct. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves special recognition for her diligence!!!

Our food was quite complex, but it was made perfectly and the taste was even better!!! I hope the staff here keep up the awesome work and continue to deliver that level of speed and quality every...

Something is always wrong with our orders everytime we go. We didnt make any orders "special" and they still cant get it correct. Incredibly rude service from a female manager who told me to call back tomorrow because she didnt want to do her job to resolve the issue, hung up on me and pulled the phone off for 10 minutes so I couldn't call back. Of course I called back until the call went through because I wanted my ordered fixed. She answered again and turned off her head set; I know this because another member, Thomas, had let me know she did so but he was very accommodating and fixed the issue. Was given a COLD burrito .... Just wanted it replaced , this black lady ( whom claimed to be the manager but never said her name ) got all snippy with me and slammed the window in my face . Asked for corporate number or the district manager she didn't wanna refund or remake or just simply warm the dayum burrito up ! Most ghetto thing I've seen in my time in Ohio.
