So today August 3rd, at approximately 7:40 PM, I visited the drive-through of a Dunkin’ location that was clearly posted to remain open until 8:00 PM. I approached the speaker and politely asked to place an order for a drink. To my surprise, i didn’t ask her name she was female the employee working the drive-through immediately refused to take my order without offering any explanation related to store policy or operational limitations.
When I respectfully pointed out that it was still 15 minutes before closing time and that I should reasonably be able to place an order, the employee responded dismissively and with an attitude that I found unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. During the exchange, she made an unrelated and inappropriate remark, stating, “So you don’t care when people die?”—a comment that made no sense in the context of our conversation and left me confused and concerned.
At no point did I raise my voice or behave disrespectfully. I simply asked if it was still possible to get a drink within their operating hours. The employee made it clear she had no intention of assisting me, not because of store policy or logistical issues, but purely based on personal refusal. Her tone and language were uncalled for, and her unwillingness to fulfill a basic customer request during business hours was both disappointing and unacceptable.
I am bringing this incident to your attention because it reflects poorly on the brand’s commitment to customer service. I hope this matter is reviewed internally and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure this type of unprofessional behavior is not repeated...
Read moreThis is by far my absolute favorite place to get coffee in the area! I usually go early in the morning shortly after they open, but even when I end up going at any other time of day, I always have a positive experience. The young lady that always takes my order in the morning is such a hard worker and always is super kind. I usually always get a large iced macchiato and some of their delicious hash browns and they are always super hot and fresh. Even the times I've went and there has been a longer line, they're still fast, efficient and correct with my order. Update; unfortunately hadn't been able to come to my favorite DD in MONTHS, and not even exaggerating months for reason out of my control and just reasons such as being too busy and some health issues which made it difficult to get out and about to places other than stores I HAD to go to unless I was lucky enough some of my lovelies surprised me with some good food. But my birthday was June 6th and and I wanted to take advantage of my free drink, one of my old tried and true favorites the mocha latte light ice, always delicious, I just love the taste of espresso SO MUCH. And would love to venture out to different espresso drinks but im not a super fancy knowledgeable coffee espresso girl lol. If you are, message me on IG or tiktok @23alittle on both :) okay anywho back to my experience lovely as always and always gets better!!!! Best location hands down in the area and I mean I've said that like what in three or four...
Read moreWe have gone here on a number of occasions and the service during the morning and afternoon is good. The guy there at night is not friendly and always makes us seem like we're inconveniencing him. On several occasions we went right around 7 at night or just before and the guy let us sit in the drive thru and then would open the back door and say "we're closed" and when we address that the hours online say they're open until 9 he says "well I don't know what to tell you we're not". He served a car at the drive thru window as we were sitting at the speaker tonight and still refused to take our order. All of the lights were on and the place was still clearly open when we were there. If this were a one time event I'd excuse it but it's happened on a handful of occasions. We will be going to another Dunkin from...
