Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

I stopped going to this particular location years ago because they were pretty bad about getting orders correct. Today against my better judgement I decided I didn't want to drive a couple extra miles to the better Jets and ordered from here instead. And once again they have messed the order up and put none of the crust flavoring I ordered on my pizza. $20 for one pizza is one thing, but paying that and not even getting what you ordered is another.

I was going to go with 1 star but I feel like this is one of those "fool me once" moments where I should've known it would be wrong and double checked it myself before leaving, but I didn't so I feel it's only fair to take part of the blame.

Just make sure to check your orders when you pickup. And never order delivery from here, that's where I had all my previous issues and it's harder to correct when...

My family has been ordering from this location since it has opened over years ago. Even when it was located two units over. I have no choice to use the robot when ordering because no one wants to answer and take an order. I go to use my birthday coupon and they won’t accept it because of the bot discount that really isn’t even a discount was applied. If I can’t use my birthday coupon and have to order with the bot to get an order in, why even bother mail out all these coupons? Seems like a waste of money and bad business practice not to honor coupons you mail out. Too top it off they can’t even hand you your entire order without missing somthing. I recieved coupons in the mail I called 13 and hayes and I ask if they would apply them in the store the guy said yes . I order a thin and crispy And a large detroit style My wife went to pay and they said Those coupons are for text in orders (thats why I called first )I am tired of the bait and switch on thier coupons please take me off your list jetts on top of everything else the pizza was wrong Back to Clover leaf for me jetts !! you do not have the market cornered on pizza.! Its a wast of time talking to any of the employees about it (they all seem like first day bill employees) Obviously I must have never talked to the manger or the owner.
