Well here we go again with the schizophrenic restaurant on 13 Mile and schoenherr. As you can see last week the week before I left this glowing review because we were just blown away by the food quality and the taste and everything. Well unfortunately that didn't last too long. It Saturday afternoon October 6th and when we got home the Big Mac we ordered was stale. the bun, especially the center one was still all the way around the edge like a little rock. Cheese was starting to get hard on the edges the lettuce was starting to brown they obviously didn'trotate this one out it was disgusting and I'm disappointed, and we'll have to find a place that does it right consistently. Is anyone knows who knows anything about franchising or McDonald's in Warren Michigan should taste the same as a McDonald's in Warren Ohio or Beijing China.

Myself and my wife decided that we were going to have Cherry out today which is very rare on a Sunday afternoon, and we didn't want to go to our usual place to get a slice of pizza so instead you went to McDonald's on 13 schoenher rd. Warren, mi. We both got a Big Mac which I probably haven't had in a couple years and we both got a french fry and a Coke. This experience was one of the best experiences I've ever had at McDonald's it's a food was unbelievably good fresh the bun was fresh The lettuce was fresh the meat was hot the sauce was bond just the right way The french fries tasted like the old fries from 20 years ago I was in heaven, thank you so much for whatever you guys did because it's working very well. Until all your staff thanks for all the hard work to turn this place around to make it somewhere where I could be at ease when I go there and not have to worry if my food is going to be right. Despite repeatedly saying āhello,ā I was ignored, while two cars in the inner lane were served ahead of me (despite my being there first). I decided to let that go, for these things happen. When I finally placed my order, a plain McChicken with cheese and a small fry, both requested fresh, only the fries were marked ācook to orderā on the screen. I politely asked the staff member to ensure the McChicken was also fresh, but my request was ignored, no one was responding to me, and the screen froze without showing me a total.
I drove to the window, and the staff member who took my order, later identified as Yolanda, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked again about the McChicken, she insisted I had only requested fresh fries and stated she could not change it anymore. Her tone was very unprofessional, and when I reminded her that I had requested it twice, she cut me off, and closed the window in my face. This is the first time being disrespected by a McDonald's staff. We all have bad/stressful days, but we do not take it to work, and we definitely shouldn't take it out on the people we are serving. I should know, I'm a registered nurse. Having a bad day does not equate to disrespecting customers/patients. McDonalds customers deserve the same respect.

now that i go early in the morning, i would like to know who works here early in the morning at 5-6am? you guys have some RUDE employees! thereās a white guy at window 1, who gave me attitude this morning (4/28/23) after telling him i had a code iād like to use and he said ālet us know next timeā but WITH AN ATTITUDE, as if heās SOOO ANNOYED by that little thing LOL. and then, thereās this lady whoās been usually the same person i see every morning (when i do go) in window 1 and she also canāt seem to talk properly in english. she gives me the vibes that she doesnāt like customers and gets irritated sometimes. it is such an unpleasant experience every time i come here in the morning. what makes it better at the end, is when this white lady, in window 2, who seems to actually care about her customers. sheās been kind and full of positive energy and in her communication with me. i would like her to teach the other two employees to get their act together and do better. when you have a trashy attitude, this says much about you. if you canāt deal with customers and you get an attitude over the smallest things, please remove yourself from the establishment and donāt work in a job that deals with customers. because apparently, two of you morning employees cannot do a good job. if i encounter some attitude again, i will go directly to...
