Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Waiting in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes no person came to take my order the car in front of me and the car behind me. We proceeded to the first window after waiting for 15 minutes. There was no one even in the first drive thru window we proceeded then to the second window were two ladies were working. They took the ladies order In front of me and gave her what she ordered when I pulled up to the window the lady told me I had to pull back around and place my order again mind you I have already now wasted 20 minutes of my day for a very simple order. Being that I was on time schedule and had somewhere to be I could not pull around and wait another 20 minutes behind everyone who was now in line so I had to leave without my order. Very unprofessional, customer service at this location is horrible the worst I have ever witnessed. Management needs help and they need re training on how to be professional in the work place. I will never return to this location and or probably never go back to another location unless I have to other option. I advise everyone to pick another location and stay far away from 10 and Hoover Mcdonalds they suck and the workers do not care about he customers do not waste your time or money at this location! Worst ever McDonalds!!!

One time, I was at the drive-thru speaker. The employees left the speaker open & I could hear two women chit-chatting. I waited for someone to take my order as I was listening to their conversation. I finally said, “Hello?”. A lady said, “One minute, please.” I then heard the employees continue their conversation. (The conversation was such that I knew it wasn’t a customer they were speaking with. It was a personal story. ) After waiting awhile I just drove off.

Another time, I went there at 11:50pm, closing is midnight, no-one took my order after waiting. I went to both windows to find no-one there. I honked my horn at the window, still no-one but now I could see people inside. There were three other cars trying to order, tired of waiting they drove off. I finally did the same. So it appears this McDonalds sets it’s own closing time.

Another time, I paid my money and was told my receipt would be at the next window. I got my order at the next window and stupid me assumed receipt was in bag. It wasn’t. Also my food was very greasy.

I’ve only been to this location 4 times because of the bad service. But now I've given up, because of the all the incidents I will never go there again.

I usually go to the location on VanDyke north of I-696 which I very rarely have a problem. If I do they are very friendly and compensate me...

For weekday mornings I definitely would give 5 stars! But it's tough to choose how many stars because it really depends on who's working. I definitely am a morning person so i usually tend to go super early in the morning, even right when they open sometimes. It seems like during the week the ladies that open always do such a great job and are very kind and efficient, but other times when I go, like on the weekend (like yesterday, Saturday 10/24/20) I went shortly after 7am and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't Door Dash which I found strange since they open at 6am. But if you're a morning person during the week I would definitely recommend! If you go later in the day or on the weekends, you could try your luck, or just go a couple miles away to be sure you have no problems! Just updating again in February of 2022. Weekday mornings are still 5 stars with amazing workers especially the sweet lady cashier and girl who hands you your food. They are the best!! Never any mistakes and always a smile and have the line moving. On the weekends though, avoid going to this location at all costs I dont know how such a change can happen from weekday mornings to weekends but it's a total 180! Their weekend workers are the absolute worst, always getting orders wrong and slow...
