Not loving it Stopped in Warren McDonald Sunday night about 10:00 p.m. waited at the speaker box and no one answered drove up to the drive-up window and the people tried to give me an Uber pickup which was not mine. I asked if I can make an order the young lady told me no she's not allowed to do that there at the pickup window so she went and got someone else unqualified for sure and he was extremely rude the man in the mask and said if you want to make an order you have to go through the drive-thru I had just sat at the drive-thru for an easy 10 minutes the second lane wasn't moving except for people driving off multiple vehicles just drove away no order extremely terrible service at Warren McDonald's across from Diane Sauer Chevrolet Very unprofessional and the way I see it that they don't care because they make the same money if they help one person or 100 So therefore I hope that no one visits that McDonald's and it goes out of business due to lack of poor management especially Sunday night it is not the first time I've had bad experience here but that has to be the worst Not loving it I got zero order after driving 100 and some odd miles and I chose that McDonald's to stop and get something to eat terrible terrible terrible service in fact no service I hope that the management would look at the man in the mask and reprimand him Multiple cars drove away no order. The young lady was scared to take the order and she said that she would have to get someone and the guy in The mask is the one she got he was extremely rude and I showed him a point that I have nearly 800,000 views on this site and then I would be given a review and he said he didn't care.
Unprofessional don't stop at this McDonald's at all.
I normally never give a bad review unless necessary this is...

You never know what you're getting when you order the fries. They're either drowned in salt, or saltless and too hard to eat. Very rarely do they taste alright.
Most of the cheeseburgers are rather dry, and don't dare order pickles. McDonalds pickles look like a sliced egg from some sort of alien creature, and they're sloppy and foul tasting. The Big Mac is okay, but usually poorly crafted to where it falls apart in your hands and makes a mess on your clothing (Good God, don't try eating this in a vehicle, even if you're starving, wait until you're at home or eat at the restaurant.)
I've never liked their milkshakes, even as a child. I always order a Sprite with no ice (usually get this wherever I go anyways). The drinks are actually still good, even though the rest of the food has degraded in quality over the years.
I sometimes order a Crispy, Ranch Snack Wrap. This comes with crispy chicken, lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing. There's rarely enough ranch on the wrap to taste it at all, the cheese is sort of goopy and hard to swallow, the chicken usually looks and tastes funky, and the lettuce doesn't taste or look very fresh.
But despite it all, GO HERE FOR BREAKFAST. Egg McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin, Pancakes, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, literally anything served at breakfast is amazing. Definitely recommend the breakfast menu.
To summarize this review, wouldn't recommend lunch or dinner here, but breakfast is amazing. Go here for breakfast if you get the chance, but somewhere else for dinner is the...
Read moreHad several bad experiences before I quit going here. From getting sick to a guy staring at me with an angry face throughout our entire interaction, literally not saying a single word. Not hi, thank you, any of the usual jargon.. not even as a response to me saying it. I will never forget that lol, not even the face. So after a few completely different bad experiences I just quit going, it’s a trash location. But today, this location was the closest thing open and I had to be to work. Pulled up at 320am to get an iced coffee and fry before work.. the lady hopped on the speaker and said “we are shut down for breakfast prep”. I worked at a McDonald’s when I was a teen, the switchover was a five minute seamless process, there was zero pause in operations. You sell the last of the other menu while you cook the new stuff. Not rocket science. Apparently, here, they’re making English muffins and sausages hours before breakfast starts. Idk but atp I’m convinced it’s apart of this locations culture and training to “find a way to make the customers experience a terrible one”. It’s like a Popeyes parody you’d see online. While those are mostly jokes, and not an actual representation of Popeyes, it’s real life at this location. Crazy to witness. How do yall consistently find the worst employees you possibly can? It’s like they’re prisoners working for free. It’s perplexing. When interviewing, what boxes do they need to check off to work here? Bad attitude ✅. Resting bx face ✅ . Polar opposite of customer service skills ✅ Poor work ethic ✅ Ok excellent, you’re hired lmaooo. Like you guys HAVE to be trying your hardest to hire the worst people for the job, idc. There’s other places that pay less and have decent...
