Would give zero stars. 3/1/2020 between 3:20am - 4am staff is completely neglecting drive thru line. Initially greeted with “accepting cash only”, ok fine..that’s happened MANY times, however usually doesn’t delay the line too significantly. But for some reason tonight I arrive around 3:20am, a white car which was @ the speaker for an unknown amount of time beforehand also, was at the speaker sat there for over 10 min w/ NO other cars visible ahead waiting in line for their order. 2 cars were in front of me @ this point. One drove off before reaching the speaker, along w/ 3-5 others behind me during this period. Other car that was in front of me made it to speaker and sat there in silence for about 10 min before driving off. I sit at the speaker w/ no explanation aside from “cash only” and “sorry one sec”...yet silence for multiple minutes more..when on top of that, its already been OVER 20 MINUTES AT THIS POINT and keel in mind, ONE order was taken. Everyone else was ignored for as long as possible. They then claimed the “systems are down” but even so, that does not explain nor justify THAT long of periods of silence between taking orders. Girl on speaker said “She’s taking orders by hand!!!!” So WHO is this “She” taking orders..and what are YOU doing with a speaker on then..? Just standing around for moral support....?!?!?!?! I fully believe its possible, and likely, the systems were “down” but I also fully believe these people are either 100% untrained and fully incapable of performing whatever duties are necessary when “systems are down” (which in my experience, is OFTEN yet THIS does not happen as a result)...OR my initial hunch while witnessing this all real time, was they were (intentionally) taking their sweet time, because they were just oh soooo busy figuring out how to handwrite and add up the total of that ONE CAR’s order (for over 25 MINUTES at this point) to conveniently avoid having to take more orders. Disgusting that whoever was on tonight was being paid an hourly wage to essentially reject business. Lost the business of MANY customers tonight due to this...
Read moreMy kids and I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast after an early appointment. What a great experience we had! The minute we walked in we were greeted by employees who were very pleasant, helpful and professional. They are using the new kiosk ordering system and all employees were very helpful with the new technology. With the new system, if eating in the restaurant, your food is brought to you. This is a very nice touch. Our food was hot, tasted good and looked good. Often times, when we go to fast food restaurants, the food is thrown together and looks nothing like it should, but this was not the case here. This location has a playplace and according to my 9 year old kids, it is the best McDonald's playplace around! From a mom's perspective, the whole play area and restaurant are clean and newly remodeled. Another huge bonus for the playplace is a large single user unisex bathroom right in the playplace with a changing station. While here, we have had multiple employees check on us to see if we need anything else and are doing okay. The service we have received here is better than many sit down restaurants in our area! Read moreI wish you guys would put a bell by the front counter because there has been many issues because when I go in there it's hard to get somebody's attention to take my order. The wall you guys just built that separates the kitchen from the dining room is partly at fault. Put multiple times I've went in there and it's slow and the five or six people that are working are all focused doing everything but watching the front counter. And I'm sure they're focused on the drive-thru but you can only take care of one customer at a time at the drive-thru. I have gotten attention of other employees and they do not say customer needs attention at the front counter they never say anything to the manager that's taking the orders. It kind of seems like the managers did not trust any employee to take orders and that's why he does it himself. What does that manager watch the front counter no and then they talk to you like the customer is the problem.
