McDonald's — Restaurant in Warren

Had a horrible experience. I went to the drive thru, I first order a happy meal, the lady asked me if I wanted anything else I said yes and went to ask my daughter what she wanted and then told me the price of the happy meal (like that was the end of my order) so I told her I had another meal needed I wasn't done, then I added another thing, when I got up to the first window she never handed me a receipt. I get to the other window and noticed 2 of my items missing, I informed the staff I didn't get my order, she gave me a dirty look, shut the window (without saying anything), comes back and says they never charged me for my 2 missing items, so I told them that's fine I'll pay for it here (I understand people make mistakes). She shut the window again without saying a word. I sat there waiting for them to say anything but her back was towards the window after a little while I just drove off while my kids cried they didn't get their food they wanted. This really irritats my soul. If you can't simply be polite and do your job YOU decided to work for then...

Placed an order on the mobile app and gave my code at the drive-thru window but was told they didn't have it. After verifying that I was at the correct address (and repeating the code 4 times, I finally convinced her to talk to a manager and show her the screen on my app showing my order. When I got to the 2nd window as directed, they tried to tell me again that they didn't have the order (I don't even know if the woman I was speaking to was the manager). I had to insist that she look at what I was seeing on my app and when I showed her my screen, she agreed I was at the correct location and she left. Several minutes later, she came back with my order. No apology, no explanation. I understand that technology fails sometimes, but a little customer service, professionalism, and kindness would have gone a long way. I'll never return to this...

This is literally the worst McDonald's in the area. The staff is not knowledgeable. Orders are consistently wrong and nobody really cares or offers to help. The wait is ALWAYS extremely long. When going inside to use the Play Place there are no trash cans, so if I want to throw anything away I have to either bring my kid or leave him alone. Management does not care about anything that happens. I complained about kids not wearing socks in the play place, which just makes it grosser when my kids is playing in there. The manager eventually came and asked the other patron to have her kids out on socks but when that didn't happen, a second complaint yielded nothing but the manager suggesting that I could leave if I was unhappy, which I did.
